The only way i know for you to have PIE earlier it to flash the ROM manually through Flashtool.
My phone was bought on amazon UK and i flashed the German version of PIE.
You will lose all data if you don't backup first.

Changing to the Indian version (RMX3312) is very easy. The problem is that, by doing that, you lose your IMEI numbers and Baseband. And the deep test APK made for RMX3312, the only one who's bootloader can be unlocked, doesn't work since there is no valid IMEI and Baseband.
