Press and hold the volume down button first and don’t let it go.
While holding it down, press and hold the power key as well.
Now, keep both keys held down together for 10 seconds or more
If that doesn't work, plug the phone in with the original charger and cable then press and hold both the volume down and power keys at the same time for 10 seconds while the phone is still connected to the charger

Same happened to me and mine isn't responding

It's hard bricked. NEVER try to flash a recovery from your phone.

Hold volume up,down and power key together
There will be one vibration after that there will be three continuous vibrations.
try using flash tool after that by putting your phone in flash mode

Thank You, i did what you said, but there was no vibrations
Last night when i plug my phone to the charger, there is no red LED light (the phone's battery level is about 80%)
today after i hold the power buttons+ volume up + volume down, the red LED light flashed for a few times
i think it's telling me the battery is fully consumed(?)
so i plugged my phone to the charger again
and there's red light!!!
what can i tell from this?
I'm pretty sure this won't work as the boot partition got damaged during his try of flashing a recovery directly from the phone.

Do you have Motorola Device Manager on your PC? If not, install it.
With your phone plugged into the wall, press and hold the power button to see if you can get any response. If not, press and hold the volume down for about 3 seconds, then without releasing the volume down, press and hold the power button. Keep both buttons pressed together for about 3 seconds and release. If nothing happens, press volume up and see if you can get into bootloader mode.
Had you downgraded to 4.4.2 from 4.4.4?
If you can't get into bootloader mode, your only hope other than paying for a repair is this thread here:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x/orig-development/bootloader-tool-motoflasher-t2959081. do check any changes in the device manager when your phone gets connected. Any exclamation mark in the device manager while you connect it under usb ports? try changing usb cable and pc and ports.
If it "died" right after you hit install and still connects to PC I doubt it's dead. Try pressing Volume Down and then Power Key, hold both for more than 2 Minutes (yes, more than 120 seconds!) then release both and see if it reboots (which it should if your problem is what I suspect) or you can turn it on again or enter bootloader.
Was the 4.4.2 you tried to upgrade to 4.4.4 modified in any way? SuperSU installed or any changes to system files?

I can't see any changes in the device manager because 5 seconds after i plug in the phone, it "disconnects" so i have no time to check.

Doesnt work that way, the phone must be shut down.
When the phone is powered off you just hold vol- (flashmode) or vol+ (fastboot) and connect usb cable that is connected to computer.
Do not press power button when entering flash/fastboot

Anyone knows how to repair hard bricked phone?

I was flashing my phone and half way through my computer lost power. Now the phone does not start. I can't get it into fastboot, or flash mode.
Pressing 'vol up' + 'power' doesn't work either. Anyone knows how to repair a hard brick?

Does vol down + power work?
Does the charging animation show up?
Does the led emits a light?
At least you could say the support that your device turned of while applying a firmware update and that they need to give you a new device :silly:
