hello can you tell me what commands you used?

i used "fastboot flashing lock"
then it pops up a confirmation dialog on the phone and once you accept it the boot loader locks.

I'm new, I dont know how to unlock bootloader on Emui 3.1, android 5.1.1

Hello everyone, I'm new in the Android world.
I have been trying to unlock my bootloader with the sticky guide, but it doesnt work for some reason.
In the cmd (after i got into the "Device locked" screen) it gives me an error and i dont know how to fix it.
I would like to see a full working 2k17 guide for how to unlock bootloader for a Huawei P7 running android 5.1.1 with Emui 3.1
Hope someone can help me.
What error do you get?
Does it appear right after entering fastboot mode?

if you have emui 3.1 you can't flash a kernel for emui 3.0
a question: is your bootloader unlocked? (in fastmode under the green robot there is written in red letters phone unlocked)
EDIT: in your first post you write that the phone is locked...so you need an unlock code from huawei site in order to unlock bootloader, otherwise you will never be able to flash kernel or recovery
use this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-p7/general/guide-root-huawei-p7-t3311424
and at point 8-9-10 use this https://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-p7/orig-development/recovery-t3314665

In fastboot mode if I give any command from Command Prompt it says Not Allowed since OEM is Locked
If you can boot android you need to go into developer options (tap 7 times in the build in Settings/about). IN developer options enable the Allow OEM unlock options and then just use the fastboot command to unlock bootloader. *fastboot oem unlock*

Well since you have fastboot, why don't you try flashing stock recovery? Then you could flash a full rom zip from there if it worked. That or make sure you are using the right files for your device in the unbrick tool.
Edit: Nevermind. Your bootloader is locked so idk.
Edit2: Does your PC recognize the device as being in fastboot?

Unbrick

Hi everyone,
i've the phone can only go into eRecovey and fastboot. I think that the corrupted file is oeminfo.bin, bacause i was replaced with file explorer to have the exact version of the firmware.
Recovery i've tried to download by wifi the firmware, but when install return with authentication info failed error red exclamation dot. I've tried with full wipe but after reboot it return into eRecovery.
Into fastboot return with FAILED (remote: Command not allowed).
Bootloader after update was began locked and i cannot unlock, so TWRP is cutted out.
There's some method to flash the .img system etc like odin for samsung?
i've also the old version of oeminfo.bin on my PC, if i have a method to flash it trough ADB, but i don't know how to unbrick.
Thanks

As your normal eRecovery method isn't working you could try using the FunkyHuawei eRecovery method to flash firmware but you'd have to pay for credits and there's no guarantee it would work. Problem is knowing which firmware to choose as we don't know if your rebrand was successful.
You could try a firmware that matches what your model and region of your phone was originally and if that doesn't work try the firmware meant for the model/region you were trying to rebrand to?
Other than that I'm out of ideas if you can't unlock your bootloader :/

I've tried to contact Funky Huawei, but they answered to me that: "Unfortunately in your situation recovery might not be possible".
So the last one is to try with warranty into Huawei service.
I hope they could repair it with less money as possible. Maybe they will replace the main board or just re flash he firmware with special method?:crying:

Boot phone in fastboot mode, type fastboot flashing lock or fastboot oem lock. Make sure in developer options you have switched the OEM unlock back to lock.

Lock bootloader
You can't relock the bootloader without the stock firmware!!
1.) Download and flash the latest version of your stock rom:
https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/ali/official/
2.) Let your phone boot until the "Welcome" screen appears and boot into fastboot mode.
3.) Run "fastboot oem lock"
=> re-run the command to continue
4.) "Flash valid Android images now. Then re-run this command to lock" => run "fastboot oem lock"
You already flashed the images in step 1.)
5.) Now the bootloader asks for a signed boot.img. Flash the boot.img again and run "fastboot oem lock"
6.) Now the bootloader asks for a signed system.img and/or oem.img
Flash again system, oem and vendor.img (At this step I flashed also the vendor.img when I relocked my phone)
7.) Run a last time "fastboot oem lock" and your bootloader is relocked with status "oem locked".
