[Q] Stock Rooted / Custom Recovery Process?

Long time flasher here, but I'm trying to do something I often don't do - go back to a stock rooted setup.
When I try to flash the factory images (flash-all.sh) it always errors-out saying it can't find the system.img. So I fastboot flash each img manually. The system boots fine.
But as soon as I flash TWRP into the recovery partition, there is an error message at boot that the system is corrupted and to wipe the data.
What's the trick to get this working? Do I need to flash an insecure boot img first?
Thanks for the info!
That system corruption message is normal when totally stock. You need to flash a modified boot image or custom kernel, which can be found in the forums. That will resolve the corruption message.

One plus 3t got boot loops in the process of rooting

Hello,
In the process of rooting when i was trying to flash TWRP recovery after unlock bootloader. The device got bootloops, now it only boots in fastboot mode. Any help will be highly appreciated.
You probably flashed wrong TWRP image or messed up with boot image

Bootloop

I had installed TWRP and it was working fine.
I then installed SuperSU-v2.82-201705271822 via TWRP.
This did not root the phone, rootchecker etc. all said it's not working.
I had made a TWRP backup of the phone before that.
I then tried to restore that backup, and now the phone only starts either into the TWRP boot screen, then reboots endlessly, or goes into the Huawei recovery, and fails to download the recovery package there.
Any ideas?
I can get into fastboot and download mode, but using dload found on another thread here fails at 5%.
Got it fixed. Had to flash both kernel.img AND system.img for it to work, without kernel, it kept looping.

I'm in the same situation, can you please help me?
I tried to flash SuperSU but got stuck in a boot-loop. Did you flash the kernel.img and system.img extracted from a stock firmware update.app file? I tried flashing those two but am still stuck at the boot animation. Occasionally the device will automatically reboot from the boot animation and enter eRecovery, which always fails to get package info.
Mine were from update.app. I had also flashed vendor.img, not sure if that is related.
You can also try this:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ho.../recovery-bkl-nocheck-recovery-flash-t3778085
The recovery is compatible. Since you can't boot to system, make sure you run the adb stuff in TWRP, then flash to the nocheck recovery in fastboot mode afterwards and follow the rest of the steps.
Huawei's recovery servers are down, that's why erecovery fails.
edit: nevermind, got kernel.img extracted by disabling "Verify Header Checksum" in Huawei Update Extractor settings. This post can be deleted.
need twrp backup

Stuck on LOGO...... Redmi 9c

I tried to update my firmware using pitch black recovery
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...-0-0-pitch-black-recovery-31-12-2020.4211697/
But it couldn't boot anymore...
When i flashed firmware it showed an error and rebooted. After that i wasn't able to boot it into my system. I tried formating data and wiping data but nothing happened.
So i extracted original boot.img from firmware file and flashed it. After talhat my device just stuck at logo. I am not able to boot into recovery nor into fastboot mode.
Plz guys tell me if there is anything i can do to make everything right?

Install the default Stock system again from the recovery, also if the recov does not work for you
Install the default Stock system again from the recovery, also if the recovery does not work, use another one like OFOX recovery (Orange fox) and install the stock system from there, Install the phone's stock firmware or 12.0.10.

Accidentally flashed TWRP in the boot partition

Hello,
So I did a mistake by flashing TWRP into the boot partition... Now whenever I reboot my phone it enters TWRP. How can I fix that or is it bricked? I can't find anywhere on the Internet stock boot images, only some modded kernels or something like that. Can anyone tell me how can I get stock boot.img and flash it so that I can use my phone again?
