I just dowloaded official Android 10 update from FF with my PC
I wanna know how to install it on the phone by PC or by an other way
Cause I have a problem with WiFi it does work and network data have only 2g.
Can you help me for that please?

You need to wait for the official release of 10 as the version on FF is misleading and isn't for the model its being advertised as. It won't install basically..

I have a nokia 7 plus and its wifi is not working at all from the start. As I turned on the phone and it asked me to download update at start and I connected to a wifi network. Then the downloading dialogue started and it never downloaded the update.
all other devices with that wifi work fine except my nokia 7 plus. Also it does connects with all networks but does not download any thing.
Please help.
Update: For those who have faced the same issue there are two solutions,
1. Try to download the latest update via mobile/sim data connection. Although it may he costly but is the only option I have found working wirelessly (as my data plan allowed me to do so). After the latest OTA installation i.e. Android 8.1.0 the WiFi will work like a charm (as in my case).
2. If you dont want to do it as first method, go to www.android.com/beta abd from there find your device i.e. Nokia 7 plus abd it will redirect to Nokia's website. Register your device for Abdroid P beta by providing sign up details. Now don't download the Android P beta and instead go for mannual rollback option as from there you will be avle to download latest stable build i.e. Android 8.1.0.
After downloading please follow the steps described in installing Android P beta on the Nokia website (same page).
After installation wifi will work fine and there will not be any issue.

since Weeks i am having an annoying problem:
the Same update is coming, and i tried everything:
Install the Update approx 20 times
Check in Hicare -no update
Check in Hisuite - NO update
Email Huwai - No answer
Hard Restet (!) - Same
I have read that sometimes a newer update pops up, or with hisuite theres a new update, but always the same.
Any ideas?
I didn´t have the same problem but for me it was that I never got the 9.1 update.
Changing to another operators SIM-card triggered the update, and then after updating to the most recent version I switched back to my default sim.
Maybe it´s the solution to your problem as well, might be worth a shot at least.
This i tried also when the 9.1 update didnt come. Did not work for me. But i will give it again a try

I had that problem when I did update via moded HiSuite from 9.0.0.286 to 9.1.0.325... I downgraded again to 2.0.0.286 and then I updated first to 9.1.0.311 (no problem), and after that to 9.1.0.328
So try if you want, but I'm not responsible if something goes wrong...

I´ve tried it on 3 different pc´s, at home, in my company... Always the same.
Changed hosts file
installed hisuite and copied the modified files
opened ff on my p20 pro, approved .328 update
does not work, error.
Am i doing something wrong still?
I can download the update in ff, is there a risk to install it this way?

Have you changed the DNS in your wifi connection? Check out the box for IPV6, disconnect the internet, connect again and make sure that your mobile and Laptop are connected with the same network, you just need to change the DNS in your host file, nothing more, good luck.
Aaaah, i finally made it, wlan router with the dns settings did the trick, this was not mentioned in the manual i think?

Hi there's a new OTA update MP4 for my global BS3 I'm currently on MP3 compilation the thing is every time I tried to update my phone it always fails it starts the OTA download but fails after is completed I got to say I did the process without root but didn't work tried also relocking bootloader but didn't work either, I know some people said we have to manually update with dial configuration but that doesn't work either so if anyone figured how to update please let me know the version I have is terrible it drains so fast the battery

Ive used the global rom and its buggy as hell. The latest chinese rom is much better.

I also faced that what you had. then I flash fresh/stock/factory rom qith qfil. then I didnt do anything except flash MP4 with dial, because I had the MP4 zip rom. it succeed.
So I had the phone for almost 2 years, and I realise that I haven't received updates since March 2020. I know that EMUI 11 is out, but I have not gotten an update after EMUI 10.0. I tried using the HiCare method, the HiSuite PC method, but nothing works. I'm currently located in the United States, I don't think it has to do where I am, because I know someone who has EMUI 10.1 or EMUI 11 on their device. What should I do to update the device? I also found out the region code is C636, which is Asia Pacific.

I would do it, but I think it's too risky.
Been there, done that. Don't worry, I can help for you not to kill the phone like I did on my first attempt .
The dload method works fine. Although, you will need to get the rom for our region from here (this is the latest 10.1 version, you can verify it here) . I recommend going with the OTG adapter + USB memory stick method (it will wipe the data so don't forget to make a backup before proceeding).
I just want to clarify that I haven't been able to upgrade from 10.1 to 11 with any of the methods you have mentioned, not even with HISuite Proxy (there's no dload FW support for EMUI 11). Since I'm a Mac user I had to go with a virtual machine so that could have been the problem though (I read other users have successfully upgraded to 11 once they were on 10.1).
The main reason for me to update the phone was fixing the wireless charging. I've bought a Huawei wireless charger and I'm having this issue (spoilers alert: it doesn't seem to be a software issue so no, still not working).
The process is relatively safe as long as you flash the right firmware. On my first attempt I flashed the firmware from a different region. The phone worked normally except for the device certification (no Netflix, Google Pay, banking apps and so on).

Try to update via Hi Care (it used to be to force an update to Emui 11 before the update came out in the normal "updater")
In HiCare app -> select Your device -> Quic Services -> Update -> click Check for updates
Hello pipul I stoicly still run with a Huawei P7 Ascend (series number: P7-L10V100R001C00B623. andoid version: 4.4.2. Emui version:3).. Today Whats App is not working anymore and cannot update it because "your device is not compatible". A cold wake-up. I red online tha whatsapp don't work anymore with olld version of Android, I would like to try to upgrade to Android 5. I saw online that this update is even officilaly possible, as already in 2015 Huawei was rolling out the update directly to phone's updater. Unfortunately in my updater there are no new update one can install. But I see in the updater in settings that there's option to install "locally", with update being placed in the sd card. I'd like to ask you guys the best way for me to install the (official) version of Android 5 for this device, where I can find the software, if there's a particular guide etc. (ps. I ask you also the noob question, that if I need to backup my data priorly as they might be lost in the process, and what are the best app for the P7 to do the full backup).
