Help with stock rom P10 Bricked

Hi everybody, i was wondering if you know where i can download stock rom for my P10 cell phone. I tried to put this rom VTR-L09C605B151 to my phone and now it stuck in huawei logo. (this rom is for latin america ,im from Chile Movistar company)
the original version of the rom installed in my phone was the VTR-L09C521B101, if anybody knows where I can download the full firmware please help!!
the phone have only 2 weeks of life.
PD: I justo took it to Service, but they said that this problem is not covered by warranty.
any help would be higly appreciated.
thanks!!!!
How did you flash the firmware?
Flashed with adb. I have extracted the boot sytem and the other file and flashed boot first then the others. I can enter now in bootloader mode.

You can use firmware finder to download ur original firmware and use this tool to flash firmwares since u have unlocked bootloader https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-mate-9-flash-update-package-t3593108
I will try that. In case the original rom was not found. How can I proceed?

Maybe this will come in handy

Hello, I finally did not fix the phone, because they tell me from huawei that you can not put an official rom, that the only way to fix it is by placing an unofficial rom. I do not know if it will be true or not. The truth is that my phone has become a beautiful paperweight. :crying: Please, I need your help to revive my phone.Do i need to wait until official rom comes out full? And apply adb just as I did before? Extracting the files and uploading them to one ?. Any help is welcome. Thank you all!
I have another question, is there a way to put a full rom but another version with other method?
because before brick my phone I have flashed in this order:
boot.img
recovery.img
system.img
from the VTR-L09C605B151 version.
I dont know what means C605B151, I dont know why it didnt worked, because this rom is for latin american.
or what if I install TWRP then update the rom?
I've just done mine with dc phoenix cost about £35 by the time I sussed it but all working now as I'm typing on it and mine was stuck on boot screen but able to get into fast boot
well, finally im trying to rebrand my phone to VTR-L29 eu version, but Im having problems with bootloader.
Right now my bootloader says relocked and FRP lock. tried with fastboot oem relock and unlock and nothing happens.
what can I do now?

Hi again, the thing is that my phone shows Phone relocked, but adb shows to me that bootloader is unlocked, if I try to unlock again says remote command not allowed.
Anybody knows why it shows like this?
thanks!!
Finally!!!! my phone was restored and is back!!!
I have used the funkyhuawei rebranding method (since it was impossible to unlock my phone) they have a method that you can rebrand with locked phone. Paid 46 dollars but it was worth!!

Bricked Mi8

Hello,
I have a mi8 bought at GeekBuying. It had a open bootloader and a "Global Rom". I tried to update to the eu Rom. Now I have a bootloader locked and the phone only goes into safe mode and fastboot mode. I tried to go back to the official Chinese firmware which did not work as the phone is bootlocked. Also can not do the unlock process using the Xiaomi homepage as I can not access the dev settings...
Any suggestions? Send back to China?
How is it possible to lock the bootloader? Did u use fastboot lock bootloader? Or using Mi flash?
Normal u can flash Xiaomi.eu rom without a problem with a unlocked bootloader it isn't possible to lock a bootloader by flash the eu rom in Twrp.
By the way, I never and I mean never seen so much ppl with bricked phones.

I used fastboot flash. With the official unzipped Rom from the official site. There was also no option to lock or unlock. Old rom had unlocked written on the bootscreen, now shows nothing about it anymore?
Maybe has to to do with a modified firmware by the shop I bought? I myself did not unlock the phone... Came like this.
I bought it also from Geekbuying. I told them that I want to sent it back, cause the box was not a new one, the box was not sealed and the boot loader was unlocked. I have also a bricked phone and I can't use Mi unlock since my account is not bound to this phone.

This MIUI version can't be installed on this device.

Few days ago I bought Redmi K20 Pro from China. There was by default Chinese Stable ROM on my device. So I wanted to flash Global Stable ROM & replace Chinese Stable ROM. I got the permission to unlock my bootloader through mi flash unlock tool.
So I unlocked the bootloader on PC. Then I tried to flash Global Stable Fastboot ROM using mi flash tool. While I was flashing, mistakenly I chose "clean all & locked" on mi flash tool.
After flashing, my phone got stuck on recovery mode & it shows "This MIUI version can't be installed on this device". While I am trying to unlock my bootloader again using mi flash unlock tool then it says: You should wait 30 days to unlock another device.
Anyone can give me a proper solution how to get rid of it? I am stuck with it since yesterday.
Your help will be very much appreciated.

1. Thread is in the wrong section
2. You can only unlock one device per month.
3. You are lucky if you didn't brick your device.

Try after 7 days from today or at max you'll have to wait for 30 days before you can unlock. Use an another phone for the time being.

The limit is unlocking once per calender month.
On the 1st of the month the time will therefore reset to the normal 7 days, so you'll save a week at least. Still not good, but better than nothing.
If you cannot wait, you could open up the phone and put the phone into EDL mode and unlock and flash it. Look here for info about this option

As for needing an authorised account, people have reported success using s-unlock details of which can be found here.

Problem is fixed!
Thanks to all of you guys. I was able to flash the Chinese stable ROM through test point/edl method with the help of a technician. Its BL is still locked & I am running the latest Chinese Stable ROM.

Did the technician open the back panel to perform the EDL or just straight away flash?

I think this is the best way to solve your problem, but still have to wait for applying BL unlock, after that you can start the second flashing.
Hey man I have the same problem. Except I cannot wait to unlock the bootloader because there is no account associated with my phone right now.
So I wanted to ask you to point me in the right direction. I can do the testpoint connection myself in order to go to edl mode.
What I want to know is if I can flash using just MiFlash tool or I need some other mi account or software?
Thank you!

I can't add an account and device to Mi Unlock status on my mi 8 bricked phone

Rooted miui 12 but Bootloader locked. Is it safe?

Hi all,
Couple of days back, my k20 pro (Indian) had unlocked Bootloader and was rooted.
Everything was working fine. Then I did something wrong and it stuck on MiUI logo.
I then tried to restore TWRP backup(boot, system, data). After reboot, it got stuck on FASTBOOT logo.
Then i flashed miui stock firmware with miflash tool (CLEAN ALL was ticked, NOT clean all+lock)
It worked then i again rooted it. It's now working fine. Also showing Bootloader locked few hours back but now its showing Bootloader is Locked in developer option.
It also show popup sometime
"Mi find device closes unexpectedly"
So, is it safe that Bootloader is locked? Will mi flash tool work if something goes wrong in future?

You should unlock your bootloader. If the bootloader is locked and anything goes wrong then you will have to go for EDL flash. So, unlocking will be a good idea
I am wondering if it is even possible to have a rooted device with the bootloader locked.
