not sure why I bothered, but stopped at PC-World today, and picked up a Samsung Keyboard for my Tablet for £19.99.
They did sell them for £89.99
Thought I would post as other PC-Worlds might be selling them off cheap!

I owned the VR Innovator Edition and loved it. But after selling my Note 4 it became useless of course. So now I have an S6 Edge+ I am excited about the new VR.
But I can't find any news regarding a UK release. I wonder if there would be any issues if I bought one from Germany.

Same thing happened with the gear s2 watch came late to UK came out a month later so don't think well see VR until DEC or JAN :/ i hated having to watch a whole month to get this watch while everyone else had one

I honestly think that trade in offer isn't for Techies at all. I think it's for the folks who try to hold onto their devices for as long as possible. That's why the Note 5 is on the list. Having the S9 on there could potentially cause them to lose money.
I am of course only speculating.

Trade in an $850.00 S9 Plus and get $347.00??????????????????
Just doesn't make any common sense to me at all!!!!!
Hope I don't have to say, NO, not going for that deal at all.
I'll buy direct from Samsung when and if I buy the Note 9.

I only asked cuase I thought I read it before on similar deals. But I don't see it mentioned in this particular deal.
It's funny how I too am scared being tied to a particular carrier when it comes to deals, contract, etc. Yet I've been with tmobile for over 6 years and have no intention of leaving any time soon lol.

That's the way I see it. Very similar to the old way, except nowadays, you don't get a subsidized phone as a reward for signing on the dotted line for 2yrs.
The trade-in is a limited time offer, so, we're not exactly comparing apples to apples VS the old contracts.
I kinda wish T-Mobile would go retro/reverse Uncarrier & bring back subsidized/free phones for signing a 2yr contract.....

You lose out on the rest of the bill credits. They would be giving you free money if they continued to apply them. Would be nice if they did is the criteria of the device being paid in full before the 24 months.

I bought a pre-owned S7 from Boost Mobiles website for $150 and it's on sale from $300. I was going to go to the eBay route but I've got phones with issues before and figured I'd go with an actual legit company to ensure the phone isn't blacklisted or damaged. I'll then trade that in and get $500 off then sell my S9+ for about $600 and end up paying about $300 out of pocket for the 512gb model.

So it's just like their previous offers. Glad I bought through Samsung directly. I only get $400 for my note 8 but it's deducted from the total cost of the phone. Therefore I only pay tax on the $599. And Samsung usually includes the free gift (this case AKG headset) when they ship the phone.

You still get the headset no matter where you purchase the phone as long as it's a pre-order in the US.

Yes but you don't get it included with your phone. You have to send proof of purchase to samsung then you wait for it to get approved. Then wait again for them to ship it to you. It's less hassle for me buying phones from Samsung direct. I'm also on the yearly upgrade program through them.

I might just jump on this then. I see Note 8's selling on Swappa for right around 500.00. I'll have to check a few other sites to see if that's consistent, but getting the headphones without ordering direct from Samsung would be sweet!

Yes,I've since ordered & received the phone.
It arrived via UPS late yesterday, so, I'll be sending in the trade in on Monday.
