RollBack from B805 (EMUI 3.1 Lollipop) to B621 (EMUI 3.0 KitKat)

Hi,
If you want to rollback from B805 (Lollipop) to B621 (KitKat), please follow this steps:
1. Download rollback/transition package from Huawei DE: http://consumer.huawei.com/de/support/downloads/detail/index.htm?id=49144
2. Put the "UPDATE.APP" file into "dload" folder and run Local Update (This will NOT wipe you data)
3. Download update file for B621 (similar to B609, maybe better life for battery) from here: http://consumer.huawei.com/de/support/downloads/detail/index.htm?id=49106
4. PLEASE BackUP you data, because in this step the update will wipe your data
5. Put the "UPDATE.APP" file into "dload" folder and run Local Update (This will wipe you data)
6. After update is finished, copy the update.app from Vendor folder to "dload" and flash`it
7. Now you are officialy rolledback to KitKat 4.4.2
Good Luck
Thankyou. I have successfully downgraded my phone...
That is why I changed my device P-7 one week ago, people waiting for long time to get updates, but Huawei seems to have forgotten them, now I have a motorola Moto G that provides official lollipop with permanent updates and there are many custom roms for this device with the latest version of android 5.1.1. I love it !!!!

[NEWS] Software System Changes with realme UI 2.0

With a switch to Android 11/realme UI 2.0 a number of principal changes followed. It led to some dramatic changes on how you can operate with your unlocked device. Here are some observations regarding that.
What I have found so far.
1. All former recoveries are not working anymore.
2. Downloaded update (firmware) file location is changed.
3. Update (firmware) file type and naming are changed.
4. Realme did not provide official firmware file download for RMX1991 since Android 10.
5. Firmware file have new partion images, namely uefi_sec.img and imagefv.img
Solutions I have found so far:
1. There are couple of recoveries that can work with realme UI 2.0 system but cannot open data. If you mount system partions in rw mode, you get bootloop. Both cannot handle data encryption.
2. New download file location is /data/ota_package/OTA/.otaPackage/
3. Update file does not look like ozip file anymore For latest CN version I received (F26) it is called system_vendor_19771.2.15.202112140000074004433_all (no file extension). It is real zip-file, not ozip-file.
4. Two links for F26 update file download (found in /data/data/com.oppo.ota/databases/ota.db) are this and this.
