[Q] Nokia Lumia 1520 no internet access

Hi all
I'm new on WP
I had changed my SIM card but I can't connect to SIM data connection
I could connect to internet before, both SIM and WiFi, but now no internet access
I had reseted my phone and it's worse now
Now I can't connect with WiFi or SIM data
I asked my carrier, No problem on SIM card
What should I do?
------------------------------
WiFi problem solved but still can't connect to SIM data
You may need to do a hard reset on the phone, if you can't connect to WiFi even. That shouldn't have anything to do with the SIM.
If it was *just* the cellular data, I'd say it's probably an issue with the APN. But WiFi can be used without a cellular connection at all; it should never *not* work.

No LTE sometimes Unkown Basebad and IMEI Null

In the last week Ive had a lot of issuse with my AT&T Note 3 running Lollipop i am using it on Straight Talk but ATT sims have the same issue. As of right now after a fresh odin flash of Lollipop my phone is showing a base band and IMEI, network type LTE, Mobile network type is Disconnected.
Reboots a cell connection may take up to 10 min if it even connects at all. If will show unknown base band, no imei. Do data no cell connection. AT&T Device center said it was the sim tray but I dont believe that is the issue. Maybe a corrupted EFS partition. Has anyone had this issue and if so know of a way to repair it?

[Q] Your sim card does not allow a connection to the network

I have a moto X 1st gen here in India. Its unlocked, not rooted. One fine day it thrower me an error "your sim card does not allow a connection to a network". And I am without network in my mobile.
My IMEI is same as in the battery
Device is not rooted
Sim card works fine in other mobiles
Tried different sim cards but still same problem
Didn't fiddled with any network settings.
After reading through XDA threads I did
Cleared data/cache
Restored the stock firmware again.
Did that network menu reset to switch radio on and off many times
Not able to get any network signal at all. Is there anything I am missing?
Attached screenshot from *#*#4636#*#* menu

No signal/voice/data - Restricted access changed. Voice service is blocked

Just as the title says, the phone was working fine then suddenly it lost all signal and went into some kind of restricted mode, it's a friend's phone and he is almost 84 years old.
I have flashed the latest firmware and factory reset to no avail, also changed sim cards and here comes the weird behavior:
I don't have a standard-sized sim card so I had to take it from my USB LTE Modem, it's from another carrier and the phone detected the sim card, went with a full -77db HSDPA signal but data doesn't work at all, it seems to be disabled on status, even configuring the proper APNs it refuses to work. Can't test voice and all my other working sim cards are nano.
Inserting any other sim from another carrier results in no signal/restricted access but the phone still downloads the Internet/MMS configuration.
Have tried setting it manually to WCDMA and GSM, nothing seems to work, only my data sim worked so far *without the data*.
Maybe the IMEI is banned for some reason?
Never heard of this issue until now
Have you tried to flash a firmware that aren't from any carrier?

Yes I did, flashed the USA unbranded kitkat rom.
Just got the chance to test with two sim cards from different carriers:
Carrier #1: Registered on network, no data traffic, voice call drops just after trying to call, signal ok
Carrier #2: Registered on network, data traffic seems ok but can't navigate, shows H+ and proper APN and traffic arrows activity but when you try a call it says "Mobile Network Not Available"
Can't send SMS, they stick with a "Sending" status and wont get past it.
This phone was purchased unlocked without a contract, can't see how the IMEI could be banned, plus we do not have regularization for IMEI ban in my country, it's currently a mess.
On a side note it does not detect the sim's phone number which it does on any other phone.
Maybe it's some hardware related issue?

The sim number information depends on the sim itself, most carriers register this information within the simcard so when you go to status you may retrieve your own phone number but I have seen sim cards without this info. The sim cards I tested do have this information and were available on a Galaxy S5 and Xperia Z1 but this E1 fails to read this information which kinda indicates a problem. I don't remember the codes for debugging the sim and network info or I'd give that a shoot.
I will try a custom rom, maybe a different kernel and see if the behavior changes any bit.
I am bidding on a Z1 Compact for this friend, should be a proper replacement and a hell of an upgrade, just concerned about E1's loudness which is certainly superior.
Interesting, I also get this if I don't reboot my phone after like 5 days.

Sim card

Someone can say something that i put the sim card on it can see all the names you read on the lookup you have found an update but it does not want to connect to the network and can not dial it can not have a cellular network and the card already because some other phone is in it
