i use trickster all the time, sometimes i look into fauxclock to try some feature.

Well, I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari on my Mac desktop. I have turned off all script blocking, ad blocking etc etc. I can see the link address as follows when I right click the hyperlink:

I either get DNS error, or on Firefox, unable to load, please try again, or other vague messages. How about a mirror link please or someone tell me why it's only me when I have zero issues downloading anything else on XDA?

[KERNEL] [CM11/CM12] [DT2W] DoubleTap2Wake Kernel for CM11/CM12 | 2015-02-07

I ported DoubleTap2Wake feature to CM11/CM12 kernel.

0=disabled
1=enable doubletap2wake (default)
2=enable doubletap2wake but disabled in the upper 1/2 part (CM12 only)
3=enable doubletap2wake but disabled in the upper 1/3 part (CM12 only)

I uploaded DT2W kernel for CM12.
CM12 will come.
http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/c/86547/
Updated the DT2W kernel for CM12. See the first post.
New feature: It is possible to disable dt2w only in the upper part of the screen for avoiding the touch with the face/ear when talking.
Will I still be able to do OTA updates on CM12 after flashing this .img ?
Nice job. But when I disable the tap to wake it re-enables after a reboot.
I just flashed boot-memul-cm12-dt2w-20150405.img to my Nexus 5 running cm-12.1-20150528-NIGHTLY-hammerhead.zip as instructed in the first post, but upon reboot it directly showed the bootloader and selecting Start only gave me a black screen.
Is this Kernel not compatible anymore?

Does this work with 12.1?
I'm running Nostromopop 2.0.6 and when I installed this kernel (CM12 version) it is stuck on CM boot screen. I don't know if I've done something wrong or whether it doesn't work on 12.1

Thanks for this. It encouraged me to try again. I flashed the zip and then flashed the boot.img extracted from the zip and it just hung on the CM boot screen.
I read the instructions again (note to self: read instructions, read again, then read again s-l-o-w-l-y!) and it says nothing about having to flash the boot.img separately.
So then I just flashed the zip file and it works perfectly.
Thanks tzvet for encouraging me to try again. Thanks kyasu for your work for our device.

[ROM] Unofficial Cyanogenmod 12.1 with CAF Kernel 3.4.0 [2015-09-09]

Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war,
* or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please do some research
* if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
*/
This ROM is an unofficial build on CyanogenMod 12.1. Originaly (back in November 2014), the project was only about the kernel but I thought that a full ROM might a better.
So, why would you install this ROM ?
The main reason would be to upgrade significantly the kernel :
- get rid of the old LNX.LA.3.5.1 kernel base (from February 2014) and switch to a brand new LA.BF lollipop base
- to get a smoother experience of CyanogenMod
- to enjoy some CAF taste in all of his glory
- if you are an enthusiast
This ROM uses custom HALs so I'm not responsable of incompatibility with eventual custom kernels and I won't "Add support"
ROM Features :
- Based off latest generic CyanogenMod 12.1 nightly source
- OTA updates via built-in CMUpdater (LZMA Compressed)
- Vanilla CAF LA.BF.1.1.1.c5 display HAL (improved display performance)
- Vanilla CAF LA.BF.1.1.1.c5 media HAL (improved video performance)
- Vanilla CAF LA.BF.1.1.1.c5 audio HAL (improved audio performance)
- Latest Motorola LPB23.13-37 5.1 Vendor Files
- Latest kernel.org f2fs binaries
- Vanilla CAF LA.BF.1.1.1.c5 Media Codecs / Audio Policy / Bluetooth configs
- LZMA Compressed recovery images
- QCOM Bionic Optimizations
Kernel Features :
- Based off latest CAF LA.BF.1.1.1.c5 kernel source from Qualcomm
- As clean as possible, it matches CAF
- Vanilla CAF LA.BF.1.1.1.c5 Wi-Fi Prima driver (better wifi performance)
- Uses ZEN i/O Scheluder by default
- First Lollipop Overclock
- Underclocking
- Smartmax Governor
- My own akm8963 driver re-work for LPM/HBM mode
- The best is in comming
But, why is it in alpha ?:
It's in alpha state because not many people tested it and maybe there are some unknown bugs.
Speaking of bugs here they are :
Code:
[B]Known bugs[/B]
- 5 sec blackscreen at boot (doesn't affect bootime) [B][COLOR="red"][/COLOR]the first boot blackscreen is even longer so just wait and it will boot, builds or tested do not worry[/B]
- Offline charge is broken (same reason as blacksreen)
I released even if those bugs because they doesn't break the ROM experience itself (and because I wait for realeasing this ROM since ages)
They will, of course, fixed as soon as possible.

Old Downloads :
cm-12.1-20150827-UNOFFICIAL-h2o64-falcon.zip (AFH Mirror)
How to install ?
If you are coming from an official CM12.1 Nightlies you should dirty flash (flash my ZIP on top of your existing rom without too much issues). If you encounter any issues (report and) do the method detailled bellow.
1) Place ROM & Gapps in your virtual SD
2) Reboot in Bootloader Mode
3) Go to "Recovery" (Vol -) and confirm (Vol +)
4) Wipe Data/Factory Reset
5) Wipe Dalvik cache
6) Install the ROM zip
7) Install the Gapps zip
8) Install SuperSU zip
9) Reboot

It's fully stable, you just don't see 5 sec from the bootanimation.
I will install it and try it but I need to charge my Moto G Good job !!!
Damn, bootanimation doesnt show at all, i reflashed three times thinking something was wrong, and i lost patience thinking my phone turned off after google logo, but it booted. It works great btw, stable and all, and overall fast. Nice work. Now just remove the stupid cm theme engine and implement layers, and you have most custom unoffical cyanogenmod rom.

Yeah, the bootanimation bug is annoying, but you'll see that you get just a 5 sec blackscreen on reboots. It was just the first boot xD
Hmmm ... I don't think I will remove the CM Theme Engine : as I said, this project wasn't a ROM originally (I made a ROM to avoid HAL issues actually) I just wanted to make big background optimizations. So on the apparence/look part, I won't differ from CM.
My opinion (is still black screen after flashing). Just make optimizations and don't change the features or other things. To be just an optimized CM 12.1 ROM.

Hi,
I installed all my apps about 30 apps and every app work without problems fc or other problems except one: Zonga - it's a music streaming app developed by Vodafone Romania and in other ROMs it's working but here it doesn't have sound and If I press play doesn't play from first I need to skip the track and the next one plays without music.
I will attach soon a logcat.

Hiya fellas.
I suppose yall know that there's a ported rom from titan/thea (IDCrisis) for our Moto G. And I've ported a rom myself (but I don't plan on releasing it >.<). And this kernel is designed to work with any stock-based (read: ported from titan) rom for our device (especially IDCrisis).
But fair warning: don't even think about flashing it on Lollipop.
Features:
Sources & Optimizations
- Based on CM13's shared falcon/peregrine/titan/thea sources
- Compiled with Uber Toolchain 4.9.4
- Compiled with -O3 optimization & some more flags (e.g. Pipe flag)
- Optimized ARM RWSEM & Square Root algorithms
- Kernel-side NEON mode
- Some miscellaneous armv7 tweaks

Flashing Instructions (Follow this very carefully!!!):
- Place the zip at the root of your phone's internal storage, i.e. /sdcard (This is very important! If you flash the zip from a subfolder, you'll be left without wi-fi!!! This is a bug on the install script's side. I'll be looking into it.)
- Reboot into recovery
- Flash the zip
(Another way: Reboot into recovery without copying the zip, and flash it via adb sideload)
- Reboot again and have fun!
Coming from another kernel which isn't mine? Don't worry, no need to dirty flash the ROM/kernel anymore. The install script now does all the dirty work for you.
If you wanna tweak stuff, use Kernel Adiutor! (Synapse is NOT supported!)

For those of you running IDCrisis, no matter which version.
Flash the stock kernel before flashing my kernel. I'll upload a stock titan/thea boot image for you guys to use.
Edit: Here's the image. It doesn't include any modules.

do i need to flash it even if i have the previous version of your idcrisis 2.0?
if yes do i need stock modules also?
Using the latest (1.2) Identity Crisis, single SIM, normal (non-GNL) version. Using the IDCrisis version of the kernel recommended by lost. Falcon 2013 xt1032.
Want to try this kernel. Flashed the stock Titan/Thea image as instructed. Everything fine. Proceed to try to flash the Kernel. Error message. Something like "this kernel is for Lollipop 6.0.x (SDK 23). Your version is Marshmallow 6.0 (SDK 23)". Can't flash. Odd.
I reflashed the older IDCrisis kernel, and it's fine (hello from my Moto G) so at least it didn't go horribly wrong.
same here, couldn't flash it

Lolz. Looks like i did **** with the install script. Please open meta-inf/com/google/android/update-binary and remove the compatibility check part (do NOT remove anything else).
I'll upload a fixed flashable zip soon.
Here are the fixed flashable zips. Sorry for the derp, guys.
I lost my root permissions. Of SuperSU when I installed this kernel.

Funny, mine gets stuck at the WARNING BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED screen (I never got rid of that).
....But hey, it flashed.
Damn. I forgot to say, thats an experimental build using a new codebase. I'll have to switch to the old codebase...
Here's a build based on the old codebase. It has selinux force-set to permissive. Hopefully it boots.
Edit: There's a peregrine version as well.
And here are builds based on the new codebase, also with selinux force-set to permissive.
Selinux on marshmallow is a *****.

Works great on my phone
@cercelcremene thnx - best to post here for the 9.0.0 viper :0
We tested out making phone calls and it works all fine - no messages like you said.
Don't know what your issue might be other then flashing your modem again? No clue tbh.
Flashing universal BL requires flashing modem afterwards - so perhaps try that.

No not at all. The vendor and boot are all in my viper and crdroid. These are the Los16.0 ones btw as both roms are based on Los trees.
I just made this vendor-boot combo for further development use

Ah alright. Thank you for the combo by the way. Think I'll wipe the Speedy Vendor and give it a go if there's any trouble on my side.
Thank you, I will flash this rom tomorrow.

Forgot to say Thank You, raystef.
And the telephone began running without issues once rebooted
Also forgot I have problems with push notifications in Pie. The notis only come when I open the related apps (Whatsapp, email...). Then, avalanche...
This problem is pretty big in my case, so seems I have to stay in Oreo...

Fluid ROM I work everything well except the camera and WhatsApp after installing the Mi A2 camera from Magisk. I recommend that you leave the camera you carry as default. Thank you for your excellent work.
