I have been searching around for the original Manila 2.1 theme with the black & white icons and the transparent slider but have had no luck in finding it. I liked the EnergyROM transparent slider before it got updated to the color icons. I am not a fan of the color icons and I am trying to keep the look sleek and clean without a whole bunch of colors.

search for Psyki4 on Google, you will find them. I also love original ones and hate all the mods hey did to the interface

Yes and no. There are a few icons the kitchen doesn't seem to replace for the sense roms, so you end up with an icon every little once in a while that still has the rounded bar background on it. That looks pretty messed up against the flat black bar. I don't use sense roms much, but when I played with it the best I could get it to look was by just using the gingerbread icons and leaving the rest of the sense stuff (bar, dropdown, etc) alone.

The status bar mods are Taine0's. When i release then i'll release both transparent and opaque versions. Not sure what u mean by center is in center lol but if ur referring to the clock then thats apart of Taine0's mod as well.
i know i'll be trying this out upon release. btw that mClock is fantastic!

Hello!... This thread is all about customization of K10 for ROOTED device.
I want to share how amazing K10 is after rooting.
Install:
Cornerfly (pro edition if you want to resize corner) also for non root but has a lot of bugs like in Gallery.
Auto Hide Softkeys (support Fullscreen mode for Cornerfly to work perfectly, transparent and customize nav bar with landscape support like a tablet )
Now its up to you on making changes and customization.

In my opinion 'rounded corners' app is better. It have more options than Cornerfly and they are all free.
