In this updated guide I'm gonna show you how to install any custom fonts you like in your Samsung Galaxy device WITHOUT ROOT. It works in all One UI (Android) versions; even in One UI 4.1!

Steps to follow (updated in 2021):
1. Make sure you are signed in into your Samsung Account.
2. Download and install #mono_ v2.1.
3. Launch #mono_ and allow the permissions it asks.
4. Install Samsung Sans through the #mono_ app.
5. Change your device's font to Samsung Sans.
6. At your phone's Settings, go to "Accounts and backup" and then to "Back up data" under Samsung Cloud.

6.5. If you can't find the Back up/Restore options due to carriers hiding them:
I. Download Activity Launcher from the Play Store.
II. In the search field you type "Cloud".
III. In the Samsung Cloud submenu you will find the Back up/Restore options.

7. Select only "Settings" and back them up.
8. Move your custom fonts to the "ttf" subfolder inside the "monofonts" folder (Internal Storage►monofonts►ttf).
8.5. If your font is not a ".ttf" font, then you may convert it using any online tool.
9. Go back to #mono_ and tap on "Load TTF". Select the font you want to change to.
10. Under the "Load TTF" button, tap on "Install". Uninstall Samsung Sans.
11. Tap again on the same "Install" button. Install the "fake" Samsung Sans.
12. At your phone's Settings, go to "Accounts and backup" and then to "Restore data" under Samsung Cloud.
13. Select only "Settings" and restore it. Don't delete the backup.
14. Android will be tricked into thinking that it's applying again Samsung Sans but it will actually apply your custom font!
15. You may repeat this process from step 8 or 9, for every other font, now.

You can try with the zFont 2 app in the Play Store. It should have options for older Android versions.

Install Steps:
You Need CWM Recovery before Installation
Download ROM
Copy ROM to Storages (Internal or External Card You Choose)
Into Recovery
a:Make sure your Computer has ADB
b:Run command "adb reboot recovery"
c:You Also can Power You Phone, Then Press Menu & Home & Vol + Key Together in same time Until Recovery Show!
Use Vol - or Vol + Key to Navi Up or Down, Press Power Key to Enter
Choose Install from (Internal or External Card You Choose)
Then Select The ROM's Name that you remember.
Enter, Select Yes...
Starting Installation
Installation Mode
Advanced: Personalization ROM, VERY Recommended
Default: Actally You Can Read What Mode it is by Word
Debug: This Mode Can Update Your Recovery to Recommended Recovery (If Your Recovery not Working With This ROM, Then Select This Mode to Update and Retry)

Despite the old firmware, tried 3 times to download the file (two of them with different download managers) and all 3 times as soon as the download reaches 99.99% it never finishes and stays at 860MB without ever closing the zip file. This shows a corrupt zip file.
Also, downloading through Chinese mirrors which ask for installing weird executable files is not an option either.
So I can only assume that if you fix the firmware to most recent version, manage to have fast and working links and place some snapshots of the rom, you should get some fellows interested.

• Any apps that are checked/ticked in the installer will have their apk and lib files installed to /system/app and /system/lib

• Apps are deodex versions but installer is compatible with odex apps like CROMi-X or Asus Stock
DOWNLOADS
Flash the zip file below from Recovery. During installation the AROMA installer will start. As we have no touch screen drivers in CWM yet you will have to use VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN to navigate and POWER to select. Choose as many options as you require
The installer occasionally fails to finish, please restart recovery and flash again - this is a bug between Aroma and CWM

No it doesn't - it'll only work on 4.3 Asus stock based roms. No guarantees with other bases I'm afraid as there are some framework dependent files that are not in cm11.
Of course, I don't demand any guarantees. I just made an experiment
Also, pretty interesting was happening with Asus Keyboard. It worked, but all symbols was a mojibakes. Maybe Arabic or other east language.

I had forgotten about this I will see if I can get around to updating it but to be honest you can use the CROMi-X 7 installer to do exactly the same thing
Dear All,
Samsung has given Theme Store access to J3 onwards all phones (J3-6, J5-6, J7-6, A series & S6, S7). While J2 (SM-J210F) is entry level device with AMOLED display, SC8830 chipset, 1.5 GB RAM & Marshmallow 6.0.1.
It has 4 pre loaded themes including basic theme.
In order to enable theme store access, I did the following:
1. Changed build.prop values to S6 values (this enabled theme store and I was able to log in to Samsung Account)
2. Changed some CSC values to S6 values (in a string which have "theme" word)
3. Installed themecenter.apk from S6 (This installation forced in-built theme engine to force close)
4. I even succeed to download the theme but later it gave an error with message Unknown Error: 12T/500001, and downloading got cancelled
My question here is, if J2-6 is theme store compatible ? If yes, then how can we enable it so that large group of users can benefit from it.
Developers should look into this. Device firmware is available on samfirmware.com, so availability of files will not be an issue.

If you want themes separately the easiest way is to install Theme manager for Huawei from playstore.
Also you can download from PlayMarket app named "Huawei Themes". Search words are 'deishelon'. This is not advertisement. In this app you can choose any font. Also you must turn on Text Style in Settings your phone.
