I can not save (after editing in Google Photos) or send (Whatsapp Facebook Messenger Telegram) videos larger then 5 MB.
Error message in Dutch is: Fout bij opslaan van video (error saving video)
All rights seem to be fine
Is this an Android or a Motorola problem?

Hi All,
I've broken my "Pictures and Videos" app - it just hangs briefly, then exits.
I've done the standard rename of MFC80U.DLL (I don't have atl80.dll present) and it doesn't help.
Anything else I can do? Any way of setting the default pictures and video viewer to an alternate bit of software like xview? I use a contacts viewer that's excellent but calls "pictures and videos" to add images to contacts hence the need for a default change...

I know this has been partly adressed in one or more earlier threads.
In the case of mms picture and the network operator reducing the size there is a solution pretending the Diamond is another device.
In the video mms case this is not the problem. When you attach a mms-captured video file (from the camera) it comes out very small when trying to view the video from the mms application.
When sending or receiving a video the network is not reducing the size of the file but the video comes out small when viewed in the mms application.
If you save the attached file and view it in WMP the size is OK.
My first questiuon is if other users has the same problem end the second is if there is a way to get full size video in the mms arcsoft application.

Yesterday I was with friends and received an mms with video from another friend.
The guy with NOKIA watch the mms video at full screen, and with my HTC Diamond, when I opened the mms i could only see the the video very small in the screen, even if I clicked full screen (in mms visor aplication) still was a ****ty small sized video.
Any solution for not to get embarrased if front of a Nokia user friend again?
When I take a video that is 1 minute long, and try to send this video via whatsapp, it will limit me to sending only 20 seconds of the video.
On other phones, Galaxy S3, and Nexus S, Nexus 5, it actually defaults to scale down the resolution of the video, and send the video in full.
1. Is this a problem with the phone or with whatsapp, I have sent a support email to whatsapp and haven't gotten any reply.
2. Is there an easy to use app that can help me to scale the video down before sending via whatsapp? I tried searching on playstore but they all seems complicated.
bump! I have tried some video converters, but they are not easy to use as compared to whatsapp scaling the video directly on other phones! Help.
Hi, this is my first time writing here or even in a forum... I need some help, I have a Samsung Note 5 and i just found out that when i emailed my whatsapp chats whit voice notes that i recorded, they were in .opus, but the ones that were sent to me and were in .acc...
I have no ideas what .opus means and I can't play it either....
Is there any way to change the way to store the audios in .acc, or is there any solution to this?

Hi there, I know this forum doesn't have much ppl using wechat, but if any of you are using this app, do you face that you can't send the video if the video is too large ?
