I don't meet any problem with GPS location before and after flash this firmware.
I just started experiencing a proximity sensor issue on MIUI 11, EU version 11.0.4.0
It occurred a few times after longer phone calls (more than 10 mins) when I removed the phone from my face, the screen would not light up. Neither the lock button nor the fingerprint sensor would wake it up, and I had to wait for the other person to hang up. Or maybe it only reacted to the lock button after 5 seconds or so.
I don't remember this happening previously. Is this something you guys have experienced?

I faced same problem and i never paid attention to it. Now and I'm reading your post, i come to realize that the redmi-note-7 has a sensor problem and i have a miui 11.0.4.0 global version
I have heard about other people having proximity sensor issues on earlier versions of MIUI, also different editions (China, Global, EU). I've even advised some of them to re-calibrate the sensor through the service menu. I've been using the phone for 9 months now, I believe. I've updated it regularly and never reset it to factory settings. If this keeps up, I'll try re-calibration. If it doesn't disappear with the calibration or the next MIUI update, only then I'll consider factory reset

Hi, I bought a Redmi Note 10 Pro (european version) and I'm facing two problems. First, when watching a video or using the camera, the phone randomly crashes showing horizontal lines and then reboots. Second, the ir blaster doesn't work. Does any of you have the same problems? Do you think is an hardaware related problem or a software one?

I haven't had any of those problems, maybe try factory reset
hi, does the proximity sensor work when you are NOT in a call ?
for example samsung decided to disable it unless you are IN a call, probably to avoid the blinking you can see in pixel 5.

Hi, I had exactly the same issue on my S10e. I am happy to report that the proximity sensor seems to be working outside the calling app! I have tried DevCheck and it reacts to my hand wave.

I have also tried a push ups app and it works as intended. I don't have to actually touch the screen with my nose anymore to get a count. It is enough to be 1-2 cm near the phone. So, no fat spots on screen!

Hello I'm facing an annoying problem, I'm using mi 9t MIUI 12.1.4 (Global)
i have problem mic, speaker and everything related to sound not working, sometimes i need to wait for reboot after 12 hours and this issue goes away on its own, if i reboot over and over again, this issue still persists.
must randomly reboot to fix this, and make me frustrated
Example: when I play the game, and close it, the sound goes away/delay and reboots itself, and this bug appears again.
and cant play videos, music etc
Please help me!

Remove the back cover, make sure the ribbon cable is well connected from daughter board to main motherboard.
If it is, and pb not solved , its a motherboards issue, need a technician to check & fix it.

Hi brother. I got this bug too since 22 January 2022 and right now, I just fix it without going to technician or any phone repair. I just discovered this trick by doing searching almost 2 weeks non stop hoping my mi 9T to have sound back. Here the solution. First you power off your phone. Then you wait for 5 minutes . After that you press VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN + POWER BUTTON and wait till your phone turn on. After that I hope my trick I just discovered work for you. Does anyone know what is the compatibility trick behind Huawei P30 Pro fingerprint sensor?
I have got issues with mine.After screen replacement it worked fine,until the microphone stopped working at the bottom board.So i went for a new one.And there the fingerprint issue started.I cant enroll a fingerprint.
I went for another board,new sensors,new main flex.It simply does not work,recognizes it,but does not work.Calibration tools and softwares did neither work.Tried to update/reset,also unsuccessfull. Actually it worked perfectly once,read the fingerprint perfectly,but after restart did not work again.
So,i am stuck... I know in the past i have replaced screens and sensors on P30 and P30 Pro without similar issues.
Is there an trick or must i bring it to Huawei centre to pair the hardware?

I got issues on my fingerprint sensor after replacing my screen, and all i needed to do was reflashing original rom.
It works perfect after.

Great for you, i will try that for sure in the near future, but can you please explain what do you mean by original rom? The one that was first on the phone when was sold? Or you used emui 12?

Well, i was waiting to get answer from joaofbc but no answer, i didn't try anything on my own, i use phone daily and didn't want to mess it, but face recognition is working fine so i don't care about fingerprint that much.
