are you shure your Mi11 is not stolen ? changing IMEI and Mac is a criminal act. I hope nobody is so stupid to help you. If you tell the thuth its better to change your Provider.

You just have to enable volte and vowifi. They tried the same with me.

[Q] Trick AT&T Re-Post

i know i previously opened this thread in the development section, and so many other members where complaining that i posted this in the wrong thread, so yeah maybe i did my bad it was my first opened thread so stop hating. I re-posted this so i can get some insight if this is possible.
"Alright guys so reason why i opened this thread is because do to the fact that AT&T is nothing but a pure monopolistic (wants to control everything) company and as we are all aware there is no unlimited data plans, i have always wanted to know how to "Trick" if i may say, AT&T to thinking were using a so-called "Dumb Phone" thus vise versa a smartphone such as the good old Samsung captivate. I have read other threads about similar issues and achievements on using one dumb phone to activate there data and then switching there SIM to the smartphone but to be fully honest no one has posted steps or a how-to tutorial on how to do this precisely."
If you happen to be one of those that knows how to do this, can you be kind enough to share us your knowledge and post to us some happiness once and for all Thank you!!
What you want to do involves changing your imei which is illegal and XDA does not allow instructions on how to do this. Please search as it would have showed you that all these threads are closed disscusing this.

Unlock locked frp Huawei p30 pro..

Hey guys!
I'm sure there is a lot of posts like this one but I couldn't find the right one so if someone finds it please share
So my problem is that my dad bought a Huawei p30 pro (Vog-l29) and little did he know about the google account.. I did a factory reset and now I'm stuck.. Any ideas how to fix it?
I'm far from pro in doing stuff like this but I'm familiar with a lot of ways so if some one with more experience could just point me in the right direction with names of programs and files I would be very thankful! I've read a lot of ways to do it but then they mention that it won't unlock it.. I have a USB cable for it and a Windows computer, do I need something else?
Would really appreciate some help!
Thanks in advance!
Ask your father his password and 'voilà'.. You'll be good to go!

Funny one! The Google account belong to the seller.. Didn't think that was hard to get, so yeah asking my dad won't help.
Please can I get some helpful answers..
LoL you're welcome (^_-)
Usually, looking for frp bypass means a lot things...
If not, just try 'frp' on the search bar, there's subjects about.
And, of course, you could also go to an official repair center : they'll unlock it for you.
Good day

Yeah I get that, it might be hard to believe randoms here but in this case the phone isn't stolen.
I've already tried to search around but I don't get everything I read about it, like I said I'm far from pro in this area.
Would really appreciate some help to fix this..
Hi. I guess the easiest way is to flash the factory image to the phone.
Look here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/hu...orial-vog-l29-flash-firmware-153-usb-t3928793
When I flash new firmware my Google account is gone and I have to enter my information to start the phone with my account.
Its not that hard to flash the firmware. Follow The guide.

You must have online emails and ebay or whichever site you used logs from the sale/purchase, phone number of the seller had to come from somewhere
How did you pay for it? Bank transfer/Paypal, both have paper trails/logs of the seller
Find it hard to believe you have 0 proof of purchase and 0 methods of contacting the seller

It was a seller on a facebook-page. He had written the price and a phone number so my dad called him and they spoke about it. The wrote 2-3 messages and that's it. Not much. Paid in cash as well.

Go back to the FB page and look him up
Next time don't buy dodge phones (likely stolen) from random FB people, there's usually a reason why FRP is locked

Already tried it, no answer..
I know, my dad didn't know about this, he thought it was like the old days when people still were honest..
Probably doesn't matter anyway, even if you did get back into it, if it is stolen it will soon be IMEI blacklisted and be useless as a phone in your country
Thread cleaned up a bit.
First of all, xda does allow threads regarding FRP bypass as long as it's clearly not for illegal purposes.
Second, if you think it IS for illegal purposes, report it! Don't reply as if you are a Moderator of this site or flame the member. This could land you in hot water.
I'll quote some of the rules here since it's MY job to do so:

2.5 All members are expected to read and adhere to the XDA rules.
10. Help others if you can.
If you see posts from others where you can help out, please do so. This place exists because people are helping each other, and even if you are relatively new to the matter, there's probably quite a few people with less experience than you, who could benefit from what you've learned. Don't be shy.

I think this is where the confusion is coming from, there seems to be different rules per device forum
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76762598&postcount=7
Having been Samsung for years I've had it drummed into my head that 'any' talk of FRP bypassing is against XDA rules

Thanks but that post is actually incorrect. I assure you we do allow them unless it's clearly breaking the law. It all stems from the introduction of FRP when devices were being sold without the Google account being properly removed. Many users found themselves in this exact situation. They purchased a device that had been simply factory reset. Which was enough before the introduction of FRP but now when they set up their newly purchased device, they are asked for the previous owner's password.
Therefore xda has allowed these threads as well as the actual methods of bypass to be posted. There are legitimate uses.

Just for my understanding. How to get "your" IMEI back? As far as I know a demo device never had an IMEI.

@djcedric Thanks very much for your explanation. I've closed the thread as this is exactly the discussion that we don't support regarding IMEI's. Then I correctly understand that you do not intend to repair or restore the original IMEI but want to change or edit it.
Edit or change of IMEI is illegal in quite a few of countries. For this reason, I've closed your thread! XDA doesn't allow and doesn't accept discussions about or support for such an edit or change.

[CLOSED][repair imei problem] Unlock blocked imei/replace blocked imei from all ISP Pixel 4 Flame A13

NOTE: Previously I warned that changing IMEI is an action that is prohibited in some countries, and it is a crime if it is not your device. USE IT AT OWN RISK!!!
before getting to the point I will explain how I got into trouble like this, at first I bought this pixel 4 under normal conditions, everything worked as it should, until when I realized something in the morning that my signal was lost, the ISP was read but could not be used to receive and send SMS as well as make calls, strangely when I changed to The other ISP is still working.
then I searched for info on the internet and I assumed that my Pixel 4 was imei blocked by one of the ISPs, not all of them. I have tried many ways to solve this problem but the results have never worked, until I found an idea what if I replaced my IMEI with the IMEI of my old device that was not blocked, and it worked.
First Remove sim card, download all the tools needed then follow my guide step by step if you want to succeed, let's go
{Mod edit. Oswald Boelcke}
I have tried this method and it works without any problems, you need to remember that IMEI will be blocked again if you do a factory reset.
If you don't understand or have something to add to this method, feel free to ask, I'd be very happy if I could help, let's discuss
I've always found these Qualcomm IMEI fixes to be really hard to stabilize, but thank you very much for posting this. I haven't ever tried QCN method before, so this should be interesting!

just try it, but remember to use it at your own risk, I recommend using a tool like the unlocked tool for Samsung, because the processor used by Samsung A13 is an exynos processor, while this method is for Pixel 4 which uses a Snapdragon processor, as long as it uses Snapdragon and can enter diag mode, I think all phones can use this method, but I doubt this method will work if using an exynos processor
