Nextdns not working on 4g - OPPO Find X5 Pro Questions & Answers

I recently bought find X5 pro. If I use nextdns on wifi , it works but on mobile data , it doesn't connect. It was working with my Xiaomi 11 Any idea?

Using NextDNS over mobile data without problems. Just set up my desired profile under Private DNS and it worked out of the box.

Mobile Hotspot: Can Browse via Connected Laptop but Can't Browse via P20 Pro

All,
I just purchased a Huawei P20 Pro about 2 weeks ago, and it seems like a great phone. First off, I factory reset the phone prior to use and I haven't changed any major settings.
When I set up the P20 Pro to act as a hotspot, it broadcasts a SSID, I can connect my laptop to the hotspot and connect to the internet (browse to google) with no problem. The problem is with the hotspot enabled on the P20 Pro, I am unable to browse anything via the P20 Pro at the same time.
Any ideas? My old Google Pixel XL was able to function as a hotspot and browse at the same time. Is this not a capability of the P20 Pro? Any help is appreciated!

SOLUTION FOUND!
Go into Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Network > Access Point Name > and Delete the "Hotspot APN".
Once you do this happy browsing from your device!

Any ideas if you don't see the "hotspot APN". Also I do see another APN named "Rogers Tethering" to which I cannot delete.
I can use it as a hotspot and use 4g in the phone at the same time, it's weird.

Losing mobile internet when sharing with hotspot (Huawei P30 Pro)

Hi guys, here is the issue:
- When I use hotspot (thetering) to share the internet connection, internet works in the connected devide (laptop or other smartphone), but stop working on the P30. Is this normal? Any workaround? Anyone else experiencing the same?
It's working fine here maybe check ur apn settings?
Working fine on my P30 Pro. No such issue as u describe. Perhaps something off with yout setting. Try reset your network setting to default. [emoji51]

wifi hotspot traffing filtering

Hello everyone on this forum!
I have an issue with my P20 Pro when using wifi hotspot, or I think it's releated to my phone. To the point...
Sometimes I have to use wifi hotspot from my p20 pro to share internet access to my work laptop. Basically, if I'm at home office I use VPN to connect to internal network of my work place, so I can access internal recources. And everything is working when using hotspot except one program which uses SQL database. On phone wifi hotspot I can't access this database and it looks like my phone is blocking traffic related to this database. Database is giving me error that I'm not connected to internal network. I tried to reset network setting, still the same problem. I checked on some other phones:
google pixel 4a - database access OK,
huawei P20 lite - no database access,
any other non-phone hotspot network - database access OK.
Any segestion why this is happening?
Try usb tether and switching to 5Ghz (if possible on notebook side). Sounds like some routing issues but if you tried resetting already then I don't suppose you'll be able to resolve that.

Question Poco M4 pro 5G - Error "No Network Connection" (2603)

Bought a Poco M4 pro 5G, a while ago everything was set up and works properly except for the Outlook application.
It does not allow access to the Internet address https://outlook.live.com as well as login from the outlook application from the play store.
From the same home Wi-Fi network, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and two other mobile phones connect properly.
I was turn off the mobile removed the SIM card and inserted it into the RN7 and I was able to log in properly on the RN7.
I went to my neighbor and tried to connect via his wi-fi network - it doesn't allow it, it shows the same message "No Network Connection" (2603)
Tried via mobile data - same result.
Microsoft support says that everything is OK from their side if I can connect from another mobile phone and that the error is somewhere in the mobile phone.
I deleted everything, did a factory reset, and as soon as I connected to the internet I tried to go to the Outlook page and it didn't work.
Googling for a solution did not help. I have no more ideas what to do.
It was bought on contract, so I can ask it to be returned, but I don't know if they will accept my claim for this kind of case?
