Everytime I try to set the password in my m20 (sakura rom) settings app crashes. Only swipe is working. All the other lock options are crashing

Hi I recently installed slim ICS v2.5 on my galaxy s and flashed the cmsettings zip through recovery. However all the menu options in the app are blank except for brightness levels and an option to turn off the notification toggles.Is there any way to fix this?
I had been using Mokee OS before flashing New Experience Jelly Bean Special Edition ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2193327).. After flashing I found out that the ROM didn't show lock screen. Thinking this as a bug of ROM, i reflashed Mokee os just to find out that lock screen didnot appear in it too (It used to work fine b4). Now what should I do??
I have already tried following things:
- Wipe data & cache
- Wipe dalviks cache
- Changed security lock type (pattern/pin) & lockscreens (slide/ring/rotary)
- Unticked 'Disable lockscreen' in Tablet Tweak (& restarted as well).
I desperately wants the lock screen back. Now what do I do??

Hi everyone,
I was playing around with the MHL function, trying to get any option to change the outgoing resolution. Under the developer options, I found something like "simulate 1080p (safe)". Then the phone crashed and since then it's only boot-looping until it eventually will freeze at the booting screen (boot screen -> restart -> boot screen -> restart -> boot screen -> freeze).
When it freezes, the adaptive brightness is working.
I hope so much I don't need to reflash (got the Paranoid ROM w/ KitKat and ClockWork Mod 6.xx).

I found the saf mode option, but when it started up, com.android.systemui is crashing again and again. I can't do anything..

Hello friends,
I was using resurrection remix and after removing any PIN/pattern or password I took the ROM-back up in TWRP (3.2.3-10) and wanted to flash other ROM (POTATO ROM in my case) but after not getting satisfied with the ROM and returned back to the resurrection remix by restoring the back up.
but Now, I cannot set password or pattern for the lock screen. Every time I try to set no success. Yes I can make another clean flash to remove any bug but that I do not want this.
Any help how to resolve?
Hi, from today i have this glitch in recent screen. I am on March update, Magisk hide and one module - Substratum and use Nova launcher. I tried remove module, uninstall Nova, remove data from Pixel launcher, install another launcher, but nothing works. Thanks for advice.

Edit: I turned off animation duration scale in developer option and glitch is gone, so i think the problem is something with Substratum.
After many tests, i think it is the system bug. I booted in safe mode - same issue, flash factory image without wipe data - same issue, wipe data - same issue. If i use gestures, the same animation glitch will be on only first screen next to "clear all" in recents screen. Can anyone give me feedback? Thanks.
I have same glitch on April build. I flashed factory image with full wipe. I uploaded gif for better understanding. When i using gestures this bug is only on first screen of apps, with button navigation i have bug on every screen.
