Question Control center notifications problem - Redmi Note 11 (spes/spesn)

Hey guys
So, recently I got a Redmi Note 11 and I'm currently using the official MIUI 13.0.12 as my daily driver.
So from the very beginning I had this problem that after closing all apps from its task manager, their notification bar still remains on the control center (For the apps like Spotify, idk VPN apps etc.)
And the problem with that is the notification itself doesn't even work after that! They seem to be somewhat of a shell after force closing apps and won't function until I re-open the apps.
I really appreciate your help guys
P.S I don't have this problem with MIUI 12 on my Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 9, at all.

Gear S3 with MI Mix

Has anyone tried Samsung Gear S3 (Frontier if it matters) with Mi Mix? how was your experience? i'm thinking of getting an Gear S3 Frontier but i want to make sure it works properly. The reason i'm asking is that i've had some problems receiving notifications on my Moto 360 with android wear. i'm wondering if the same applies to the Gear software/watch aswell. i'm using Fenix 3 with Garmin Connect atm and haven't had any problems. Thanks in advance
The notifications etc come through fine when using the Gear S3 with the Mi Mix. The problem you will have is the Gear Manager app doesn't work correctly do you won't be able to install new watch faces our new apps on your Gear S3. All the pre-installed apps work fine.
Sent from my MIX using Tapatalk
I've been using the Mi mix with the Gear S3 for about a month now. Notifications work fine for the most part including whatsapp and other 3rd party app notifications. A couple of things to keep in mind are that as mrjubei72 mentioned the app store will not load apps so you cannot download any additional apps or watch faces and can only use what came by default with the watch. I started with a vendor rom tried the Global stable china rom and now I'm on the EU rom and have this issue on all roms regardless of root status. Another minor problem is that you cannot browse your phone's music library through the music app on the S3. It shows you whats currently playing and gives you the usual volume skip/repeat controls etc but wont let you browse other artists and chose a different song. The S3 music app widget does however show now playing on youtube and soundcloud which is handy. The last issue I've encountered is that unless you set up all 3 gear apps to be allowed to run in the background on MIUI it will keep disconnecting from the watch. This can easily be solved by tinkering around with the permissions and power saving settings on the Mix.
Besides the limitations while using it with the Mi Mix the Gear S3 is a fantastic watch. S health can be downloaded and works great to track activity. The battery life is phenomenal will get through almost 2 full days with the screen always on and on high brightness. The included watch faces are excellent and the Tizen interface along with the rotating bezel make it a pleasure to use. If you're considering it I'd definitely suggest getting the watch you will not regret it. As far as the app store problems we're hoping they will be solved with the official Global rom when it is released but I wouldn't count on it.
I am using the Gear S3 with my Mi Mix and I don't have any problems. I was also able to download apps, but now it looks like the samsung store won't open...
But, I am encountering a real problem (due to the Mi Mix way to handle bluetooth) where if my Gear S3 is connected, I can't use any other bluetooth device (such as my car audio system). I will have to force the connection to my car system and won't get any notifications until I manually connect to the Gear again...

Does Samsung pay work with the gear s3 and mi mix?
I don't think any Samsung market app will work on non Samsung devices without some sort of intervention. If you buy or use Samsung watches you will need to keep this in mind, having come from a number of Huawei devices I had to let my Samsung watch go [sold it] and moved on to a more generically compatible watch [in this case a Moto 360].

I was running the China ROM up to 8.2.3 and everything work including installing new watch faces. I recently switched to the Global ROM 8.2.1 and I can no longer install watch face. Does not make sense as to why it won't work other than a Samsung control issue.
Any workaround for this? Can't install any apps on my Gear S3. Any ROMs currently compatible with Gear Apps?
you can try to turn off this setting : screen buttons can be hidden: then it works for me
i use eu rom

I'm on miui 8.3 eu 7.4.6
If i turn this on it also comes with a page saying this device does not support gear apps but when its off everything works fine
I took the plunge and got a Gear S2 and so far everything works fine, notifications, calls, etc ... between the watch and the phone. You MUST give the three apps permissions and take them off battery restrictions. I have them all on auto start too. The ONLY issue is if you want apps or new faces you will have to find some way to side load them, as the Samsung App market will NOT run on the mix. Otherwise I am pretty happy with the combination of the two, I do use S Health also and so far no issues there.

The app doesn't run because its checking for things a Samsung only has [proprietary things], it can be fooled but its a lot of work and often makes things unstable.

Well, it shouldn't be checking for anything proprietary as the Gear S3 is designed to work with all Android devices. From what I've seen, only the Mix is facing this issue and not other Mi devices. So it looks like its something about the Mix that's causing the incompatibility.
The gear app just started working for me on the unofficial RR build. I'm not sure how or why because i didn't flash a new build, but it works. Hope this helps
Same here out of the blue the Samsung app built into the gear manager started working. No idea why.

Not referring to the Samsung Gear App, I am talking about the Samsung Galaxy App Store. Which does check to see if it's a Samsung running the app.
Mine randomly started working as well.

Question Mobile legends reloading after minimized

Ok this has been my issue ever since i switched to xiaomi mi 11 ultra. After running mobile legends, try to minimize the game and use facebook also browse some web pages in chrome or edge browser then try to go back to mobile legends. It reloads the game from the beginning. I have set the battery setting to no restrictions, also in developer setting i am using standard limit for apps in background. It should not be killing the game. I don't understand what's happening. I then press the lock button on the task switcher to prevent it being closed.
I am on the lates eu rom weekly build 21.7.21beta
For those can't solve yet, here is the best solution I found: DOWNGRADE YOUR MIUI! WITHOUT root, or bootloader!
I follow this video
and all finally be fine.
I install the last MIUI version with android 11: 12.1.1.0 RJDMIXM
BACKUP YOUR STUFF BEFORE!

Seems like you are in the wrong forum. We do not know much about the progress of redemi software.
Try to change battery optimisation to non instead of miui optimised. And try to lock app on recent apps

Yep. I have the same problem (on my Mi 10 8/256)
SOLVED DOWNGRADE to ROM EU 12.2.10
What I've done so far
1. 13.0.6.0 eu rom = still relog
2. 13.0.4.0 eu rom relog
3. 13.0.3.0 eu rom relog
4. 12.5.11.0 eu rom relog
ALready set developer option, cache 1 MB, turning off autostart, battery restrictions, all already tried, but still no succeed
SOLVED TEMPORARY
Go to developer option, on the apps, change the background process limit --> at most 4 process
You can see from screenshot below. When I open 5 apps, there will be relog.
But 4 apps, no RELOG.
Thanks

Same here with my Poco X3 Pro running pixel experience rom android 12. My phone sometimes do things itself really fast really crazy when chat head is on. I though that this is chatheadenabler module problem but this is a problem also with a messenger bubbles.

i already tried using old version of messenger. but no fix.
up
S21, the same, no fix found. I think we'll have to write to FB about this. It's probably rare case, cause I can't find any similar problem on Google. This is the one of few topics only... :/
Same problem with my S21+ running Android 12.
I didn't have this problem when I was using Android 11.
The same problem i S20 Fe after updating to android 12 with oneui 4.
There is a workaround for Samsung devices (sort of), but it's not ideal. Turn off chat heads in Messenger, then go to phone Settings > Floating Notifications and turn on Smart Pop-up View. Under Included Apps, add Messenger. Now you'll get a floating app icon anytime somebody messages you that basically behaves like a chat head. The chat window that pops up is even resizeable, unlike the one in FB Messenger.
New workaround thanks to NoWayToLint from reddit:
In adb type:
Code:
adb shell settings put global block_untrusted_touches 0
Or in LADB:
Code:
settings put global block_untrusted_touches 0

I'm also having the same issue. It says that "messenger isn't optimized for the latest version of android" when I touch my screen after moving the chat bubble. I checked for an update for the app but it says it's up to date so it looks like there isn't much I can do. Btw this is on a Galaxy S20 Ultra.
mine fixed after june update. S21 ultra

No notifications

Hi everyone
I am using rooted stock rom Android 12 ui 4.0 on my samsung galaxy s10 5g. The problem i am facing right now is that i am not getting the notifications from the apps like the promotionals offers, order updates etc which used to come on android 11 on a notification bar. Notifications are running in a background in real time under the app but i am not being notified. I tried all the setting for the notifications, battery optimization, sleeping apps, dnd etc. Everything seems to be fine but still not getting any solution.
Can anyone please suggest me something? Any magisk module or anything which can make them work? Thank you

General [PSA]: com.miui.powerkeeper acts like a malware, remove it trough ADB for increased performance

This is MIUI battery optimization service that aggressively kills apps in background for a negligible battery gain.
This device already has more than efficient chip, and does not need this aggressive background app killing to get to 8-10h of SOT. It also has the fast charging.
So my advice would be to remove com.miui.powerkeeper trough ADB, since I did that my device works fluid like a flagship. No aggressive background app killing at all, so the potential of this device can be used fully.
Since I don't play games, SD680 has more than enough performance for a normal daily usage.
I do this, i test for one week and i tell how it works
.
Well I tried this for 1 week and I'm impressed.
It really changes the consumption in idle and the closing of apps randomly, although it is still present for some, even so, it works.
I haven't seen any strange bugs related to disabling this service, so at the moment I can say that it's safe and it helps a lot.
Told you. It's like I've got entirely different phone. This and A12 is a killer combo, works smooth af, no background app killing, and 7-8% battery drain per hour of SoT, so from 80-20% battery I get like 8h of SoT.
can anyone tell me which app is responsible for showing the recent apps list? Recently in Poco M2 Pro, I disable some app packages via ADB & recent app is no more working/showing & I can't figure out which app package needs to be enabled for this.

If yes, then let me tell you that I didn't uninstall that package, just disabled it because I personally use Nova Launcher Prime, so I don't need that in-built POCO launcher, and in Nova, the recent app function isn't working as I said earlier.
I'll enable that package & will check & update here.

okay, I tried this, enabled Mi Launcher/POCO Launcher [com.mi.android.globallauncher] that I disabled earlier via [2022-07-03] [v0.5.1] Universal Android Debloater and reboot the device, still the same,
As said earlier, I use nova launcher prime (latest version 8.0.3) & recent app button isn't working, Also, noticed that the home settings from the settings page is also not opening.
The dependencies are not only on Mi Launcher/POCO Launcher [com.mi.android.globallauncher]
and there must be some other package dependencies.

Do you mean turning off "turn on MIUI optimization"? You can make it visible and toggle it off in Developer Settings. Click on "Reset to Default Values" a few times and it will become visible, a couple of lines below it. It stays untoggled but then goes back to invisible once you leave the screen.

Huh? It's usually just the main launcher handle the recent task
warning for RedMi Pad users, when you remove / uninstall com.miui.powerkeeper you'll soft brick device.
is this for stock rom or xiaomi.eu
How are those finding performance/ram management now after removing this package via ADB? Any bugs or issues to be aware of? Will this mod remain after a MIUI update or need removed again?
Working flawlessly and persists after MIUI update, I'm on A12 now and I was on MIUI 12 A11 when I removed it via ADB.

Thanks, if I use the adb tool is it better to uninstall the package or disable it, or does it not matter?
I uninstalled it, but I don't think it matters, idk...
Thanks, I went with uninstalling it, on the adb tool, you can just reinstall it again if any problems. But so far so good.
