How To Guide [GUIDE]How to extract img(boot.img, etc...) from payload.bin using payload-dumper-go. - OnePlus 10R / Ace

For 10R only: I have uploaded a few of the extracted boot.img, before extracting if you want you can look for the required boot.img here:
MediaFire
MediaFire is a simple to use free service that lets you put all your photos, documents, music, and video in a single place so you can access them anywhere and share them everywhere.
www.mediafire.com
1. Download and extract payload-dumper-go.

}
2. Download and extract OxygenOS firmware zip. (You can find firmware zip for all OnePlus devices here or you can directly download full update zip from Oxygen Updater app.)
3. Move payload.bin from extracted firmware zip to the folder where you extracted payload-dumper-go.
4. To start extracting the img files, type cmd in the address bar and run the following command,
payload-dumper-go.exe payload.bin
Click to collapse
5. When the extraction is done, a new folder will be created with all the extracted img.

I did got to step 4 but command is not working

Check if you have downloaded the correct payload-dumper-go, as you can see there are multiple available on GitHub. Or try different one maybe.

Try this one-
https://github.com/ssut/payload-dumper-go/releases/download/1.2.2/payload-dumper-go_1.2.2_windows_amd64.tar.gz
If you have already tried this, then I think you are opening windows power shell, you need to type cmd in the address bar and run the command in cmd.

ok that worked thanks

Hello, I have a question. I'm not exactly sure what firmware should I download from the telegram server you've linked. I have a Oneplus Ace in which I've flashed OxygenOS 12, and then updated to 12.1 with the phone inbuilt tool. Could you provide any insight on how to proceed? Thanks!
Edit: I have a payload.bin file from when I flashed OxygenOS 12, but I'm worried that it wouldn't be fine after updating to 12.1.

Thanks for your reply! I followed this guide, so I installed this ROM. I see now that it was Oxygen 12.1 what I flashed...
Just to clarify, this phone was bought in Mainland China (in case this information is important).
Also, please check my last post's edit: I have a payload.bin.
Tysm!
This is the info on my phone's info tab:

Yes, you are. So apparently A.11 is a new update, we usually get the link after sometime.
Other way to download the firmware zip is from Oxygen Updater app from playstore(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.arjanvlek.oxygenupdater). While setting up the app, select stable(full) and enable Advanced mode. Then you'll get the option to download the zip.
Please find few screenshots attached.
if you are still unable to figure out ask again here only or join 10R's telegram group I'll help your there.

You need to add .\ to your command:
.\payload-dumper-go.exe payload.bin
Then it'll work

This is a no-go with OP7T Pro McLaren (T-Mobile), as the telegram channel for OnePlus does not list the HD1925_11_F.04 firmware, and Oxygen Updater does not support this carrier-only device.
If someone else can provide the boot.omg or full OTA for this device, it would be very helpful.

Actually this thread is specifically for 10R so the files uploaded in the mediafire is only for 10R.
If you had your firmware this would have definitely worked. But since you don't have ask in Telegram group chats.
There are multiple telegram groups for OnePlus 7 series. I am sure there someone can help. One of them is @op7discussion. Try searching this channel on telegram.

Is there any way to edit the payload file to remove boot.img and modify the script to prevent flashing the bootloader? I'm asking because I can't OEM unlock and want to downgrade the phone, the only way is via fastboot ota flash, but whenever I try it doesn't let me because I'm not allowed to downgrade bootloeader.
I know removing boot.img is possible for full firmware images but I want to know if it can also be done to ota images as well

Yes i figured out how to put google services (as you can see in the video) but it requires root. I updated my reply with the link. Flash it first using twrp (format data recommended) then update up to MR1. You will put twrp + root on MR1.

The only way to root with Magisk is by pulling up the boot img via ADB in TWRP but as of updating to MR2, using the same TWRP img as before only shows black screen then reboots back to the system.

Thank you so much for this build. Looking forward to see it's progress and use it as a daily driver. Someone installed, please share your experiences. Is it good to go as a daily driver now?
Awesome, thanks!
Some who has already installed, or OP, what about the custom rom verification (i.e. Mario Run, banking apps). I've been running AEX and so far has been the only issue.

Hello
I think you have to do it with realme flash tool available here
Download Realme Flash Tool (all versions) - .ofp Flash Tool
Download the latest version of Realme Flash Tool which allows you to flash or install .ofp firmware on the Realme Devices.
androidmtk.com
Here you can download stock system

Then you have to boot your phone in fastboot mode, you can do it with adb
adb reboot fastboot
Choose stock system
And click flash (all data will be removed)

If you still have stock recovery when you boot your phone hold the volume button down then click the power button to confirm booting. Phone should boot to recovery.
Choose English language (touch works)

oh boy. If you read the op forum, you would have seen a15 is a test build that got leaked on oxygen updater. Hopefully there's no major bugs and you can update when the final a15 gets released.
Hi guys i have a few questions:
1. If I have the Chinese NE2210 model of oneplus 10 pro, then I can use flash this global ROM to the phone?
2. Do I need to flash a different ROM if my OP10 pro is the 12gb/256gb compared to 8gb/128gb?
3. I heard you do not need to unlock bootloader to flash if you are using the official ROM given by OnePlus, is this true?
4. If I want to flash ROM, my current OS version needs to be any version lower than the desired OS version, whether on ColorOS or OxygenOS
5. If my stock os is COLOR OS and model NE2210 (Chinese model), and I flashed oxygen rom, can I revert back to the STOCK color os version OR any color OS version ? (in case the new flashed rom has bugs or issues on my device)
thank you
file in the link is NA not for Glo/Eu

You should just need to use the uninstall option in Magisk, hit restore images, install the OTA, then install to inactive slot and reboot in order to install the incremental OTA.
I'm on A13 I use oxygen updater and nothings come through for me as yet.

Incremental updates get the OS to exactly the same software as a full OTA of the same version so what you're saying doesn't make any sense.

But it changes only incremental files, it won't install whole system at all. It won't make sense, but it is known to happen on oneplus 10 pro once you are rooted.
Where does the download go to?
If you're rooted and you attempt to install a14 it'll fail then offer the 4.20GB full zip..
But where the hell does it download to?

How To Guide [UNBRICK]How to flash stock OxygenOS firmware on OnePlus 10R.

NOTE: This method will ONLY If your device is able to boot into fastboot. If you are not able to boot into fastboot you will have to go to a service centre or pay someone to fix your phone remotely.
Prerequisites -
UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER.
You have the latest adb, fastboot & MediaTek drivers installed.
You have the latest platform-tools.
METHOD #1 - USING FASTBOOT ENHANCE.
- With an unlocked bootloader, Fastboot Enhance allows you to flash stock OOS without relocking the bootloader. It can also be used to downgrade your OS without losing data.
- To use it, download the tool from HERE.
- Try to find the latest firmware.
- If your phone is Oneplus Ace then use Ace's ColorOS firmware and then switch to OxygenOS later.
1. Put the phone in fastboot mode by press all three buttons at once (OR try all possible key combinations.) and connect to PC.
2. Launch the Fastboot Enhance app and double-click your connected device.
3. Click the “Reboot to Fastbootd” button.
4. Once in fastbootd, click the Flash Payload.bin button. If you get a warning about cow files, ignore and hit the Yes button.
5. Select the FULL OTA.zip of your choice (incremental patches not allowed.)
6. The app will extract the payload.bin from the full zip and begin flashing automatically.
(Do NOT touch your device or close the app during this time or you risk bricking your device.)
7. Once done flashing, you will get a “Operation completed” dialogue box. Hit Okay and then hit the “Reboot to System” button.
8. DONE.
METHOD #2 - PAY SOMEONE TO FIX YOUR PHONE REMOTELY
- You should find all necessary details here.
- This can cost you about $4 to $20 depending upon who you ask. (This has nothing to do with me, only sharing information.)

No COS for 10R, my bad.
You can still flash ColorOS which is there for OnePlus 10R (not OnePlus Ace) directly from local upgrade.

Exactly.
Technically, Indian firmware, not Global. 10R is India only device, Ace is China only device.
If your only concern is Russian language, you get that on 10R's firmware.
I bought mine from a local store in my country, partner of Oneplus.
Model is 10R (india) with Global OxygenOs. Of course it have rusian language.
Ace if for China with chinese ColorOS.

You can reinstall ColorOS on your Ace using the exact same method that used to flash 10R's OxygenOS on the Ace. Basically you have to unlock the bootloader, download the Ace's original firmware from https://t.me/s/OnePlusOTA and flash it using Fastboot Enhance.
But personally I don't think there are any reason to prefer Ace's stock ROM, the Chinese version of ColorOS is all bloated with Chinese apps and functions that mostly useless for the rest of the world.
