[Official] Play Store orders & shipping thread!

Below is specific only to the orders from the first day the Nexus 4 was live.
Limbo 1 order fulfillment: ~99%
Limbo 2 order fulfillment: ~99%
Limbo 3 order fulfillment: ~91% (the majority of orders fall into this category)
"fulfillment" = shipped
Above is my educated guess on the status of the shipments that have been going out. I'm constantly tracking this and several other sources for continuing information.
Current status of orders and shipments:
Points below are confirmed:
First major batch shipped Nov 19 (upgraded to Next Day Air).
All orders that took place on the 13th that were back-ordered will be upgraded to Next Day Air for free.
Play Store Customer Service do not have any relevant information about your order. Calling them is nothing short of a complete waste of time.
Orders have not been shipped on a first-come first-serve basis. There is no pattern to the shipments, it is seemingly random. We have indisputable evidence of this.
Addendum to above: It is believed that we are finally going in order. Some of the later orders were shipped first due to an incomplete manifest.
Many people have noticed the last updated date on the Play orders page has changed. No one is certain yet what this might mean.
Points below are likely:
Logistics have been outsourced to UPS.
Order mechanics "slid" during the initial rush of the first few minutes of the product going live. This caused several issues (including an incomplete manifest sent to UPS).
Status of your order (limbos):
1) Order placed. No e-mail of any kind (including order confirmation) received.
2) Order placed. Order confirmation received. No other e-mail of any kind received.
3) Order placed. Order confirmation received. Back-order e-mail received.

Tentative US order time: 09:00AM PST
Changed "confirmed" to "tentative". 09:00AM PST is most likely, but you should be watching out regardless.
These are some of my favorite threads here! We all heard that the Nexus 4 is now official but I'd wager that a lot of us are waiting for preorders to open up on the Play Store.
Post the usual "I ordered!" "It shipped!" etc. here! I, personally, cannot wait for this guy. Just sold my S3 for it.
I did call Google to ask if they were going to open pre-orders for the device. Doesn't look like it this time around, but I was told that you will be able to purchase on November 13th and that stock would start shipping "either on the 13th or the 17th," whatever that means.
Current information (as of Nov 12):
No one knows what time the purchase will go live.
Best guesses are sometime in the morning of the 13th (office hours), or at 00:00 PST. I'm personally leaning toward the former. (NEW: see below)
There will be no pre-order on the Play Store.

Check here for more information on shipping and handling for your country.
A Virtual Credit Card (VCC) cannot be used with your purchase in the device store. Also, at this time, the country of your credit card must match the the country to which you're shipping.
Taxable charges, if any, depend on what state you're ordering from.
We do not know what shipping options will be available. Right now, only 2-day shipping is confirmed. We are hopeful for an overnight option at launch.
News added Nov 10:
Android Police got a little clarification from Google-- the rep said pretty much exactly what we've been assuming for the past couple of weeks. They also agree with me that the button will be more likely to go live in the morning sometime, rather than at midnight. News added Nov 13:
A German Google employee has revealed that the Nexus 4 should be selling at "around breakfast time" in Germany. He also mentioned that would be about 8-9AM. This would lead us to believe that the order form will go live at 0:00PST as originally anticipated. Germany is 9 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time-- aka, 2AM Central, 3AM EST.[/url]

Sure. But the Play Store says you can purchase it on the 13th.

I would imagine that means a direct purchase. It doesnt mention when pre-orders will start. I for one will definitely be pre-ordering (if possible) this phone. Just hope I can get around £160 for my HTC Desire HD with lots of cases and accessories included

Just shipped mine off! I was hoping to be able to mostly cover the N4 with what I got back from it. Turns out that I actually made money in the trade.

My trusty Atrix 4G.
It served as my go-between phone when I went from Note to S3, too. Got a clean CM10 on it, runs like a charm.

I'll most definitely be getting one of these. The price is good, it looks good, and I really dig the wireless charging. I've many times where I'd just put my phone on my desk, forgot to connect the charger, and fall asleep just to wake up with a (mostly) depleted battery. Finally a worthy replacement for my ageing Nexus one.

I wouldn't be surprised if the wireless dock is not available for quite a while.

Here's to hoping they do same day delivery this time around which may explain no pre order date...

It's not too big of a concern. The wireless charging is a more of a luxury than anything. The most important thing is the option is available; the aftermarket solutions either adds thickness or look just plain ugly.

I recently ordered a the Z1 from this site and it never actually got shipped. They don't reply to their contact us form which now doesn't work at all and I had to wrestle PayPal to re-open my ticket to get my money back. Order from somewhere reputable, I have been talking to a user on XDA who's friend sells imported chinese phones.
Link to the user's friend Turned out to be most expensive due to English to Polish translation error.
These are for one, cheaperr. Two are reputable and three, no turnaround waiting for overseas shipping outside Europe.
I bought mine from AliExpress in the end.

Yeah, I noticed as I was about to place my order it's 1,614 but because it's a Polish site Google Translate breaks the formatting and I thought it said 1 641 as in 1 x 641 Zloty.
I bought mine from AliExpress in the end.

Came this morning! I was jumping up and down infront of the DHL man! It's a great device and it's bloody quick having a few issues with Windows and ADB but I am working them out. Delivery was a tad slow but the seller was shipping it to someone in the UK first which explains why. BUY IT!

I did order from ZUK.cc but they are fake they refunded my money Cuz I opened dispute on PayPal. I love it, latest CM build is a bit buggy but nothing that makes it not usable. You'll see how good it is when yours comes. Best budget phone definitely.

What are the bugs btw?

Latest build makes double tap to wake intermittent and sound through speaker has issues but they'll be patched very soon.
*EDIT* People are reporting sound issues but after some tests I haven't found anything wrong.

may I add gearbest to the offenders of sales? I have ordered the zuk z1 with a promotional code from android headlines, paid through paypal. First they said that I'm in rural part of Australia (I live in the second biggest city in WA) and I have to pay extra if I wanted to use DHL. Ok , I paid , a day after they came back and said (I quote): "I'm so sorry that item Lenovo ZUK Z1 International Edition Android 5.1 5.5 inch 4G Phablet is stop production." And they asked me to choose something else..... Needless to say they are still selling the Zuk but I think they just do not want to give me the discount? Anyway, it seems to me that they are willing to pay my money back but I lost trust in that shop big time.....

So I returned my Note 8 on September 26 to get a replacement for LTE issues. Today I went n checked my promo status which was claimed on Sep. 12 and it's not there anymore. Any ideas?

I don't think you understood the question? With an exchange your gift should not be affected. If you started a new order process no free gift will be available. What option did you take?

Here's what I learned the hard way: Samsung does not do exchanges. It does returns and re-orders. I have just had to do this and probably will not get the incentive items that I had to return with the first phone (pre-ordered 8/24). In addition, it was their web page that had problems and made re-orders impossible. And good luck talking to their sales department, which made promises and assurances that were not true. Dealing with them has been a nightmare and I will NEVER AGAIN order directly from Samsung. It's beyond me how they can make the electronics they do and not be able to make a web page that works. They told me over and over they were aware of the web problems and were working on it. But of course by the time it got resolved, incentives were over. Just a word to the wise so you know what to expect.

That's a very clever tactic Samsung used. From a profitable point of view. This was my first direct order from Samsung, think next time I'd stick with my own provider. Least returns and replacement is easier. Not that I've sent anything back to Samsung , wife and I ordered a Note 8 each.

Call customer support ASAP and request promotional item(s). Samsung has extended their promotion to October 15th, based on a friend of mine who showed me his order placed AFTER September 24th and had spoken to customer support. I saw the shipment tracking info, so I'd try again.

Ooh man. Maybe that means ill get confirmation soon. I submitted mine info the 15th. But what about the tmobike BoGO deal? Anyone got info on how long that takes?

Says up to 8 weeks for the bogo promo, but I also had to return a device and resumitted a third claim in case the first one got cancelled or anything due to the exchange, I checked yesterday on Sammy website and it showed my first two were about to be shipped and the third newest claim got denied saying it was out of the date or something but I know it wasnt.

I was wondering if anyone knew which retailers in the UK are taking pre-order for a sim free P20 Pro dual sim variant (as part of the free Bose Headphones deal)?
I have looked at the following retailers so far and none of them seem to have the dual sim variant,
Carphone Warehouse
John Lewis
Vodafone
Very
O2
EE
Three UK seems to have the dual sim variant, but they are only available on Pay monthly deals and I am looking for sim free deals.
Anyone who know about the availability in the UK, can you please share with others?

I am in exactly the same boat. Waiting on Amazon to see if they list as a pre order before launch date. Obviously running out of time.
I am toying with the idea of buying through three on a pay monthly and then cancelling the contract and paying it off. Need to do more digging on this but think you get a 20% discount to pay off early which makes it under £700 (I think)

I plan to call Three to get this clarified and see how much it comes up to after cancelling. I am hoping you can still keep the headphones and that it doesn't affect the credit ratings

Just finished speaking to Three about the contract and they say, it needs to be paid in full of the remaining contract period. So, I did the math and even for the cheapest plan they have, it comes up to £940 (£99 upfront + £35x24), which is £140 more than buying it sim free.
Can't decide if I want to pay that much extra money for a dual SIM variant...

I think you should get 20% discount to cancel. It's mentioned in their terms...
"Lump sum equivalent to the total of the Monthly
Charges remaining during the Minimum Term of your
agreement less a variable discount, currently 20%. We
reserve the right to vary the amount of the percentage
discount from time to time."

Hi daz_2000,
Yes, I did check the same terms and conditions on their site after speaking to the customer assistant, who clearly mislead me in the first place.
After checking the terms and conditions and having spoken to an another customer assistant, he confirmed that the lump sum is less 20% of the remaining contract.
So, I have now ordered a P20 Pro from Three, as I am losing patience and it seems the best deal to get a dual SIM in the UK with the free headphones
Looking forward to getting the phone on Friday

That's great. I haven't received any confirmation yet. I placed the order over the phone. Called them yesterday chasing for the confirmation and they said I shall get it all tomorrow morning. I hope they don't mess up with the confirmation on pre-order bit by sending it all tomorrow.
Wish things were simpler in this world!!!

I ordered Tuesday from three and I'm still waiting for confirmation.

Three told me they haven't got stock from Huawei yet. But they still said I would get phone latest Monday.

Argh... Typical Pre-order frustrations!! Last time I experienced it was when I pre-ordered Nexus 6P (by Huawei).
It still says Estimated delivery to be the 6th April on their website, so I am going to keep hoping

Aaarggh... my order confirmation email states:
Estimated delivery date:* Friday, 6th April
If there are any changes to this date we'll let you know by email.
No email yet but after the above and someone commenting earlier that they hadn't received the stock from Huawei i'm not holding out much hope for tomorrow....

I arranged to work from home tomorrow, thinking it will be delivered tomorrow. So, they are getting some feedback alright, this evening!!

Problem is in my experience you don't hear anything till about 10pm the evening before delivery (when a dispatch/delivery notice comes through) no way of telling before then, even calling in gets mixed results!.
I'm just resigned to getting it whenever, problem is i'm super impatient as my s9 sucks (battery and call issues).

But I a hoping they would know if they have got the stock today to be able to dispatch it tomorrow?
I believe a lot of us are in the same boat of being impatient Though I am still more than happy with my nearly 3 years old Nexus 6P (not rubbing in, promise!)

I called three again. They confirmed mine will be out for delivery tomorrow and I'll get a text in morning with delivery slot. Not holding my breath. But fingers crossed!

Black Shark 3 Pro Global version has been released.

If you go to the official website now you can actually buy it. I bought mine yesterday.

I hope this is a good news for us with CN version.

I bought the grey one on July 8th to USA. Check it quite frequently for a tracking number as I'm eagerly waiting on it to replace my current $40 temp phone. The team who manages the Facebook page for bs3 pro replied to a comment asking when it will actually ship since it was set as a pre-order. They replied saying that for orders to eu/UK will ship within 15 days, and on the 14th of july outside of eu/UK. Yet, no tracking number given yet as of posting this.

Yea when I ordered it says ships within 15 days they have charged payment but no updates yet

That's why people still prefer to by CN version & install global rom later.

I always thought that CN version might have different or less bands than the global version? Then there is the usual loss in OTA updates when swapping the roms right? I don't know for sure, but I mainly waited for global version because I figured it comes with more appropriate bands for like the US where I live.

Sold my Huawei mate 20x early so stuck using an iPhone se2. Hate it!! Once u get a large screen phone it’s never the same going back to smaller phone. Checking order status on my bs3 pro every few hours lol

Lol you sound more eager than me. My ROG Phone 2 became bricked like a day prior to the announcement so I ordered the bs3 pro as I've had my eyes on it cuz of those mechanical triggers. I'll definitely reply back when I get a tracking number.

We bought our mighty Shark 3 Pro but without global rom outside china it is less efficien!

I sent a message to their Facebook community page account and was told to just email their support email asking about it and sending the order number. I've done that and still waiting on a reply myself. On the other hand just received my Billing screen protector for the BS3 Pro and looking forward to getting the phone based on how big the screen protector is.
Edit: Just saw on a Facebook black shark group that someone who ordered the BS3 Pro to EU just got the text (with pic as proof) that they are receiving their phone on Monday. Hopefully that means we will be receiving ours soon too.

Yeah I'll be sure to confirm. I should be notified immediately by email when I get the tracking number.

I got my bs3pro global on eBay. Strange that sellers on eBay have them, but bs doesn't actually have them. I've had mine a month now.
