and I always get an error message after I unlock the phone.
Can you please help me?
Warm greetings

The problem is right there: Bootloader is already unlocked. You can't disable OEM Unlocking if the bootloader is unlocked.

hmm okay, I'll leave it like that. can you please help me with the error message i keep getting?

By the way if you want to relock your bootloader you can do it the same way you unlocked it and and you will be able to turn off Oem unlocking

Maybe the error message is from your carrier? Just contact support and ask.

Bringing back to stock will probobly resolve all errors.

I've already tried, unfortunately it didn't work. I downloaded the firmware and did it with Odin, everything stayed the same :/

To get rid of the warning, just check following thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...ring-on-rooted-devices.4503767/#post-87725035

hi guys.. Previously s off, unlocked and supercid.. I need to send it back for warranty that way I lock it..
Is it OK if I send it like this? Or fix it?
And how can I fix it? I've read that I need to flash a firmware.. 2x? Can I do it with locked bootloader and s on?
Thanks

Its very risky flashing a firmware.zip if ur S-ON. It would be much better to Unlock and S-OFF before flashing the firmware. Flash the 3.62.401 firmware TWICE in command prompt. I believe the issue was that you didn't flash the firmware twice. Its better to ensure that the issue is fixed before sending it for repair and claiming warranty

what i can do with that?
thanks
Personally, I recommend doing nothing and leaving the bootloader unlocked. But if you're truly serious about locking the bootloader, did you enable OEM Unlock in Developer Options beforehand?
i want to do RMA that's why
Well that explains why you want to lock the bootloader. But you haven't answered the question I asked in my previous post.
The prompt literally tells you exactly what it wants?
"Check allow OEM unlock in developers options before locking"
thanks, i fix it
@I7210I: And how did you fix it?
i enabled th OEM Unlock in Developer Options
but the device will go to the factory cause as it looks like it is hardware problem
So in other words, you did exactly what the ADB prompt said, which is what I had asked you initially.
which doesn't matter, because you can't void the warranty on a Nexus.
yes but for the small option that they will say something i close it
now i want to know what to check in the new nexus ...i had already one nexus 5 with defective screen that stopes works after 2 days
this post is halarious.
If Google now implemented a backstop that prevents locking the bootloader without having oem unlock checked that's really good considering many ppl have been bricking themselves in the past

Hi, i cant see the screenshot... I will try to guess whats happening.
Do you mean that you tried to do a factory reset from the settings menu?
If so, and you have twrp, it wont work. You have to do it through twrp

I dont have TWRP, I use default bootloader, wanna change but cost is high,,.,
You can use Verizon software upgrade tool on your PC and reinstall the stock software. There will be an option to erase all data.

Help Please. "Please Update Certification Informations!" Problem

So I unlocked the bootloader and installed RR rom (https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...nyx-resurrection-remix-os-2020-08-18.4146035/) and used it for couple of days. Today I installed the stock rom in my Nokia 7 plus using this guide -> https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...m-flash-tool-nokia-7-plus-b2n_sprout.4023961/ and relock the bootloader . Everything is normal except for this one thing. When I check the device certificate under Settings -> System -> Certification, I saw the message "Please Update Certification Informations!". I don't know how I messed up the certification information. Anybody know how to solve this
