please i have an mate 40 pro noh_nx9 it restarted on huawei logo i tried to flash it with erecovery i got failed to install software and when i try via the nm with dload method same probléme when it comes to verifying update software install failed
is there any solution

I buy huawei ascend p7 from vodafone romania
The phone come with and b121 i try to update with ota and nothing
I download the b126S01 and updated with local update after in the update i gethuawei cust fail and tell me to shotdown the device after turn on the device is working fine but if i try to restore i get a big Fail
the same problem for me
i updated from b121sp01 to b138sp04
and if i want to restore device give me the same message

Use Force upgrade:
Step 1. A MICRO SD card of 4G or more should be available.
Step 2. Copy the entire dload folder (\Software\dload, with UPDATE.APP in it) to the root directory of the MICRO SD card.
Step 3. Make sure your handset is power off. Insert the MICRO SD card into the handset. Press the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN key, and then press the POWER key to power on the phone, and VOLUME UP key and VOLUME DOWN key should be pressed more than 10 seconds, then enter the Software Upgrade Mode.

I am using the Huawei Multi Tool, but it asks me for the boot image. Does anyone know where i can find the boot image or how can i unbrick it VTR-L29C432B365? I allready tried most of the posts, unbrick, debrand etc, but the result is the same, when i power on i get the same message
And my phone during this situation seems not to be charging!!!

Hi, i managed to downgrade my p20 pro from Emui 10 to 9.1 and i tried to downgrade it even further to 8.1 using Hisuite software, i used hisuite proxy and firmware finder to get the firmware needed, after installing it a message popped up in my phone showing an error in the installation and that i should boot in Erecovery (seems a bad firmware) when i clicked the phone went black, i can't boot in any of the fastboot nor recovery.. i attached a screenshot it seems that the phone is identified on the pc. is there any kind of solution to enter the recovery so that it can be recognized on Hisuite please ?
ps : the device seems in fastboot but doesn't turn on

Hello ive a p9 lite l31. It crashed when it was updating. The phone is not opening. Stuck on huawei logo. How can i recover my photos images from phone? Is there an any way?
no I called huawei, they said use erecovery. I tried but no way. It says "Getting package info failed". I am sure that my wifi is fine. I tried on other wifi but it crashes again.
So i cannot open the phone because phone stuck on huawei logo. How can i fix it?
btw i have no twrp , no bootloader, no root.
