S20 FE 5G Dual Sim CSC Change - Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Questions & Answers

I live in Canada and bought a dual sim S20 FE 5G (SM-G781B/DS) in Poland. Sim 1 is my Canadian sim and Sim 2 is my Polish sim. Current CSC is listed as XEO/XEO,XEO/EUX/XEO.
Is it possible to change CSC to XAC/XEO/XEO? If so, can somebody help this noob? Or is there even a benefit to me doing this? My thought is that getting XAC on my phone would make it perform better while in Canada.
Thanks for any help.

Can I use a US CELLULAR and Cricket SIM in the dual SIM slot on the 10?

I cannot actually find an answer. I see there is a version of the S10 for US Cellular, but it's not clear if I can have US Cell be my main one, and Cricket or AT&T in the second slot and have it all work.
I went to bestbuy, they didn't know if an unlocked one could, went to US Cellular, they didn't know. I'm having a hard time finding the answer to this question.
I used cricket and tmobile on Exynos s9 dual sim before with no problem, but US cellular is cdma, right?
Samsung Galaxy doesn't offer a virtual SIM similar to iPhone, you'll need a Dual Sim International variant. Model number SM-G975F/DS is the Dual SIM's with Exynos Chipset. It's available on Ebay. This model breakdown may help.

Best International Note 9 Model for T-Mobile US?!

Looking at possibly picking up a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 International Model for use on the T-Mobile US Network. It looks like the most compatible Variant is the N960F UK model - would someone be able to confirm if this is correct? Thanks for any help that may be sent my way.
n960f/ds is international unlocked. The complete continent of Europe has this model. ds varient has 2 sim card slots. if I were you I would inform yourself of the frequencies that tmo US uses and then compare that to the 960f model to make sure it works. I am American and I've used my 960f is US without issues. but still you should confirm that yourself

Samsung S20 FE SM-G781B/DS issues with 5G

I have a grey import South East Asian variant of this phone. I'm using it in Australia on Optus 5G network and I'm not seeing 5G?
In the SIM card settings it's set to 5G/LTE/3G/2G Auto but I only ever see 4G+ at best.
Do they use different 5G bands in SE Asia compared to Australia? If so is there anyway to get the 5G to work here in Australia?

Maybe you don't have 5G reception there. But there is a new firmware - maybe that will help

Yes, it's definitely in a 5G area as my work colleagues receive 5G with the same SIM. Would this firmware work with my Dual SIM version?
before flashing any firmware have a look at this app, I've not used it but others say it's helped them out.

there's definitely a chance that the bands the phone prefers to use don't exist where you are. you should do some research about what 5G bands that model number supports and about what Optus and Australia in general supports. 5G bands are weirdly named so be careful, hopefully you'll find some overlap.

Question Flashing North American CSC on rooted HK SD S21 Ultra (SM-G9980)

Hello everyone,
Firstly, I'm wondering if anyone is using the Hong Kong (TGY CSC) S21 Ultra (G9980) in North America or more specifically, Canada. Without any modifications to the firmware, do you have Wifi Calling, VoLTE, 5G working
Secondly, is it possible to flash a North American CSC (eg. XAA or XAC) onto a rooted G9980, since it also has a Snapdragon chip?
I would like to be able to use the dual-sim hong kong model of the S21 Ultra here in Canada. I have read that others in places like Australia have had success with getting these features working (5G, Wifi Calling, etc) when they inserted their SIM into slot 2.
Thank you all in advance.

I have the same device here in California. Wifi Calling, VoLTE work fine with my service provider T-mobile. Carrier Aggregation and 5G won't work on the device. Also it's not possible to flash any US Firmware on your phone.

I have done this crossflash - you can use the HOME_CSC but the full csc will abort due to a pit file mismatch - does not enable 5g bands- think that's a function of the modem config which as yet I have been unable to bypass security to crossflash - CP file..
I'm going to extract a US rom and see if it can be copied in root to overwrite the modem

Question AIO for the 998B/DS ?

I am in the United States and I have cricket, I just purchased the dual sim 998B/DS and I am not finding any ATT or AIO CSC for the phone. I am not able to get 5G over here on this phone so far so I am hoping somehow it would help with the cricket CSC. Maybe I am wrong, Cricket used the imei and swore it would work as well as Tmobile, neither sim cards allow 5g so far.
See at >Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G<.
There are huge differences between 5G bands support for the US and international versions.
So it doesn't surprise me at all that the inter-national model doesn't work in the US broadcasters' 5G bands.
I wasn't actually trying to surprise anyone, just seeing if anyone has a solution?
The problem is not in the phone and there is no way to replace hardware that does not support the US 5G band.
I read somewhere that in some models of Chinese devices it is possible to make a programmatic change in the hidden settings of the phone using a code entered in the phone's keypad. Try it.

The international Variant does not support the needed frequencies for 5G in USA - physically
There is no way to use 5G in US, without the Snapdragon Variant
Thanks
