You can unlock your spv if you are running windows XP or Windows 2000, you will have to download a program from http://lifeetc.org/spvunlock.zip
instructions are included in the zip file.

how do i get the SPV in bootloader mode?
1) Remove the battery and wait 5 seconds. Replace the battery
2) Press and Hold voice recorder button (below power button on the left)
3) Power-on the device
4) The device will enter a special power-up mode
6) Shortly after you will receive two options:
"Press any key to enter boot loader"
"Press action button to enter diag mod"

i wanted to buy a locked SPV cause its a hell of a lot cheaper on the open market. but do you need a serial cable or will a usb sync cable work with the unlock for the spv ? that link of a program you had to download will that work with USB?

They do not currently unlock Palm and/or SPV, and rebel's company charges $100 for unlocking our device by IMEI, even though unlocking is free if you download the Special Edition ROM. Very questionable.

With bootloader 1.xx and above just downgrade to lower version to unlock and then upgrade again works as I have done it (bit late on this but never know), now what about the e200 anybody have any info on unlocking this?

Yes that was me and on most of the other forums, strange thing is I got banned on e-tones, have no idea why, anyway back on there under diffrent name but don't post on there, gave up the unlocking/repair game now so not any forum now, just look around and see what's going on.
you could try the xda 2 unlock program on the e200 cant do no harm see if it can read the code from that :\

try on the spv foums they should have the answer if its out

Download it onto your phone and run it - normally that error means that it's a PPC executable rather than a desktop executable.

SIM unlock; IMEI unlocks are illegal unless performed by a network operator. But of course, you already knew that.

I use to pay them for the service and it seems that they send to me the same lokiwiz2 that is usually offered in this site as free.

turn on the PHONE function on Palm with the foreign SIM card in and type in
*#*#YOUR CODE HERE#, then press the center button.
Just go to ebay and purchase an unlock code for your phone. it fast, easy and 2 times cheaper than imei-check . it's just 17.99$ each

The Treo 750 does not have CID lock on it, you can intall whatever you want without restrictions. I dont even think it has applock.
The only lock is the SIM lock.
you can use the installer and when it errors steal the image file from the temp dirrectory and put it on your flash card and do the install that way. worked with vadaphone rom on cingular(AT&T) phone.
I need some help with my tilt, i tried the sim/cid unlocker i got into the step 2 and then i flashed the dutty rom wm6.1 with cube. Now i get stuck in a sim lock page, i cant leave it and the usb is connect with activesync but the unlocker and the rom flasher dont work and say the device isnt responding, i am trying to unlock the phone for t-mobile
oh and i have a quick question, if i install the cube version will i be able to switch from non cube to cube like in settings?

I want to ask about my htc touch diamond.
i bought it and is lock to Swedish 3G.
I cannnot unlock this mobile. with olinex for exempel.
It's always this newest RUU from the Htc side in swedish.
Because this friend(i bought from him)downloaded the newest RUU from htc side.
When I put the usb into the htc and start to "ROMUpdateUtility" and then "next" and "next" my mobile make black screen and in the computer is saying that is 100% and is ready and finish. and then Diamond is reset
when it's start i dont see the olinex RUU. and is always the same.
before i had another diamond and was no problem to fix this.
can somebody help me?

Im confused are you tying to security unlock or sim unlock your diamond?? hardspl will not sim unlock your device ......

and i downloaded the diamond unlocker and was ok!
step 1/step 2/step 3 - HardSPL/Radio/and unlock.
i click very fast to unlock it and i had a normal phone to use.
i bought another diamond from my friend yesterday and he downloaded the newest RUU from the HTC side.
i think that this is the point. maybe they don't want people to unlock diamond with hardSPL and they make some security?

Which version of spl you have ? Put your phone in 3 colour screen and give all info. If you're trying to unlock with free cracked unlocker - you won't get any help here

but i had before one diamond and was also lock to swedish 3G.
i unlocked with diamond unlocker without problem..
I want only to use my another card and want to change the language.
i mean that want to change also the ROM's .
Before in my first diamond i make with diamond unlocker the first step and was "3 colours" and was working. i have seen the oli pro in the start. then i make radio and step 3.
now when i make the first step is only "black screen" (then my computer show me 100% and says me is ready and finish) then my diamond is reset. and i don's se the oli pro.
is hard for me to tell u... sorry

not like:
