[question]Porting WM6 from hermes

Hi. I need exactly this ROM: Hermes_WM6_ERA_3.60.118.3 running on my herm to work with my BA. Can someone help me?

You must extract the SYS, XIP and OEM(programs) from this ROM and port to BlueAngel.
After coping files, reloc the modules in rom (i don't know: what).

i have port (i ported my ROM: Alpha II for wizard [look to mobione]) in my BA.

To avoid mistakes:
I don't wan't to port to BA another WM CE...
I wan't to port a windows CE 5.0/6.0.
And it's not a Windows Mobile...

Does anyone try this rom with Blackberry Enterprise Software from HTC ?
If anyone try it please let me know if it's working or not , because i've noticed that Blackberry Software isn't working with some last rom.

Only the radio is not included!

Manila 2.0 ROMs (Pureness A-C-D) are WITHOUT htc messaging...
Sense 2.5 ROM (Pureness B) is WITH htc messaging...

Dear Kenia,
how can I toggle off the meteo animation in the hometab?
It's very nice but I think it gets a lot of resources.
I think the ROM would be faster without meteo animation.

Try setting an animated background!!

there's some problem with the active call page.
If you notice, you can see behind the old page and on the top the new one.
You think is possible to remove that?

Hello friend, I have finally found what I was looking for, wm 6.5 with manila 2.0 , but the problem is that I would like a WWE version because I am from Greece. So I would be grateful if you translated your rom [Pureness A]. I'm sure that many people would like a WWE version also.

It's a known issue...it's probably due to some compatibility problem with WM build...I don't know how to "fix" it...but I reckon it doesn't matter because it doesn't actually prevent from the usability of the PDA...

No vibration on keyboard

I've tried the B version. The fastest ROM I've never tried! It requires a lot of memory, the first time my blackstone says that it needs more memory but very very fast.
I noticed only two issues. When I push the keys on the keyboard the phone doesn't vibrate. I tried to change settings but nothing happen.
The second issue is that "proponi nuovo orario" in the calendar doesn't work.

For keyboard vibration :

it's not an issue...simply a preference...
the other thing I guess it's dued to WM build...I'm afraid that I can't help cause I've never used WM calendar!!

The dictionary is both italian (by default) and english if you prefer...
but I strongly suggest you to install this ROM :

it's an evoution and newer ROM than pureness B...

thanks Kenia, good to see you developed an italian rom with some recent version of software! I have downloaded and installed version C and I will let you know if I find problems.

Ciao Kenia, ho installato la Pureness C : Manila 2.0 e WM 6.5.5 ma dopo il flash (malgrado abbia fatto 3 hardreset e scaricata novamente la rom) mi si ferma alla schermata dell'impostazione dell'ora e della data e non va più avanti.
Ho installato la versione A e tutto è andato bene.
C'è un modo per risolvere la cosa?

Dear mohsen,
if your HDmini is from different region than ASIA you have to use SSPL to install this rom.
Mine is from Middle East... so to install this rom:
1- Extract the file with WINRAR or WINZIP -- you will have a .nbh file inside
2- Get the SSPL from this forum
3- Put the 2 file in the same directory
4- YOUR DEVICE HAS TO BE ON AND CONNECT TO PC VIA ACTIVESYNC
5- Run SSPL --> you will get a YES / NO popup on you device
6- Choose YES as soon as possible....
7- Device will go to TRICOLOR screen and SSPL will get ERROR
8- Don't worry... CHECK if USB appears on buttom of the tricolor screen
9- run SSPL again.... and follow instructions...

2- Dakheleh in file yeh file .nbh vojood darad keh oono faghat lazem dari va copy kon too yeh directory khali
