U can find Xperia wallpapers on Original thread.
Flash instructions:
1- (RECOMMENDED) Be on a stock ROM, installation will be cleaner
2- Download THIS EXT4 tool, the Kernel and the Rom on your device.
3- Flash on Samsung recovery (or your recovery if you are not on stock), my temp. CWM.
4- When you are on the Temp. CWM, flash the EXT4 Formatter tool, so whole system will be converted to EXT4. (Stock filesystem is RFS)
5- After the installation, flash bieltv3's kernel you have downloaded before.
6- When the Kernel is installed, go, on the CWM, to advanced --> reboot recovery (this will reboot the device, and turn it on on the new CWM of kernel)
7- Wipe data, cache and dalvik
8- (IMPORTANT) Go to mounts and storage, and make sure system is mounted (will show unmounted) mount it 2 times!
9- Go to install zip from SD Card, choose zip from SD card and install REVOLUTiON_Ultimate__tassve_by_biso46. (MAKE SURE installation last more than 5 seconds, if is less than 5 secodns, your system is unmounted! repeate step 8).
10- After installation, go back and reboot system, if you made it good, ROM boots, so no problem on it.

I didn't test it because I don't have time and my exams is next tuesday so I must study, when you open PC again resize it

You can't just simply port a rom when its base is bigger screen resolution than our Mini ........ just saying
anyways good luck in resizing

Apps are resized and will release it as soon as possible, but I have exams these days, so I think I can upload it on 18/5/2014, so wait for me

INTRODUCTION
Hello everyone!
Presenting before you Android L Themed ROM straight from MT6582 to MT6592. Ported and modified from Android 4.2.2 to Android 4.4.2 and is pretty stable (Well few issues still remain but they are not big of a deal
This ROM is first in it's kind for MT6592!
ROM is themed based on Android L 5.0 It is clean AOSP based ROM (4.4.2) tweaked for ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE and is designed for devices running MT6592 Octa-Core chipsets.
ROM is compatible with following devices XOLO 8x-1000, Cherry Mobile Excalibur, Mobiistar Prime 508 and Infinix Zero (Infinix Zero users you don't flash this ROM as of now! Wait for my small patch or you won't have working cam)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
You should be rooted and have custom recovery installed. Follow ROOTING guide and install RECOVERY and follow next steps.
1) Keep it SD card and reboot to recovery.
2) Wipe data/cache and dalvik and then flash the ROM, incase you get a bootloop (which you won't) then reboot in recovery wipe data/cache and dalvik TWICE then again reboot recovery from advanced menu and then install the ROM and reboot.
3) Will work with any recovery prefer using Philz. (Link above)
4) Reboot and keep patience as first boot can take upto 15-20 minutes.
INFINIX ZERO users make sure you have stock boot.img flash this mod first CAMERA FIX and then using SP Flashtool flash stock boot.img or else wait for my mod
NOTE : After Installing ROM will automatically reboot recovery to fix root. Manually reboot to system from recovery
BUGS
- At first boot it will ask to setup device, that time while setting google account keyboard won't work as keyboard is not enabled skip that part and manually enable keyboard later from menu. It'll work fine after that
- After you setup the device it will say "Unfortunately Setup Wizard has stopped" keep tapping on ok continuously and after 3-4 times you'll see a black screen then press home key from device (hard key middle one on your device below screen) and you'll go to home screen. I know you can bypass that! OR to fix this issue just open the zip with any zip viewer and go to system folder then app and delete the "Browser.apk" and install the ROM
- ROM can't take screenshot from "Volume UP or Down + Power Key" but hey Gravity Box is there! :silly:
- You may get error like "Unkown issue request from Google Play Music or Services". You must know it's from a lower Android and SoC port hence will be having some issues but Google Play Music works just fine. Uninstall it if you don't want it. Fixed Check Add-Ons sections for Fix. :good:
- You may see issue that Dolby doesn't gets enabled, but plug in headphones then open the option dolby it'll work. In case you are frustated with my work install this Dolby app along with it, This one will work absolutely fine Download HERE
None other. ROM is totally fine and has good performance and battery backup

ROM doesn't has Lollipop taskswitcher use "Fancy Switcher" from Play Store to get lollipop taskswitcher.
For lollipop lock screen download lollipop lock screen from Play Store
FAQ
Q) ROM is having bad RAM management?
A) It is due to so heavily tweaked. Play games then complain if it hangs or not.
Q) Pre-Integrated Dolby still doesn't work?
A) Uninstall it simply using system app remover I added in ROM and install Dolby from this thread.

yes, mine did not work as well. it seems that it does not create the data partition correctly, mine shows that the sdcard0 is unavailable. and hence wont boot.

Will the rome work on any mt6592 devices?
My device has octacore ARM Cortex A-7 @ 1.66GHz ,Mali-450 MP and 5.5inch screen.

Both are stable but i suggested #1 2015-05-17 to flash CyanogenMod 11

hi, love your work, i've been using fancy lite and was so happy to see that you built cm11
I'm trying to flash twrp 2.8.6.0 via Odin3 v3.10 onto my galaxy trend lite, but when i select start, it gets stuck at <ID:0/005> recovery.img for ages. Its been half an hour since i decided to post this.
i had disabled the auto reboot and F. reset time, as various threads had sugguested.
side note, auto start set to "-" could this be the problem?
same thing happened with earlier versions of odin

via ODIN you must to flash .tar file

twrp 2.8.6.0 release # 1
backup system cm 11 BETA2 with verify md 5( before change kernel), all was ok, but when i wanted to restore system it's wrote md5 does not match...nothing can't to do... it's not first backup, also was few time...

Managed to flash the CWM img with rashr, then flash the twrp zip :good:
Just note the current version of rashr, 2.3.5, doesnt work at all, so use an older version if you want to use this method

With the latest one (2.3.6) of Rashr doesn't work. I use 2.3.4 and works perfectly. thanks

i've done a simple root. too scary to go deeper with the mod.
the trick is to switch off the phone after loading cwm or twrp and on again, with volumeUp/Home/Power, without the "auto reboot" option.

We haven't got bootloader on our devices. So you don't need it. Kadjar kernel is only for Kitkat based roms, it won't work on stock rom.

Before Installation :
For D335/D337:
Make sure your device is updated to lollipop
Make sure your device is rooted and have custom recovery ( Please use TWRP )
Follow the guide on how to unlock you Bootloader and install custom Recovery

For D331:
Download D335 stock KDZ firmware (v20) and flash it to your device ( use LG flash tool 2014 )
Root your device using KingRoot APK
Follow the guide on how to unlock you Bootloader and install custom Recovery
[GUIDE] How install recovery on LG L Bello [D335] ( use TWRP recovery )
Please be careful and pay attention to the steps mentioned in the guide so you don't end up with a bricked device

Installation :
Put ROM on your Device
Reboot to recovery TWRP
wipe Cache, Data and System
Flash AOSPrime v06.4_r26.zip
Reboot to system and wait for device to startup ( 5-10 min on first start only )

i flashed this rom and every thing is working fine execpt notification panel dose not show any icons and phone is not connecting to pc please help

but i tried installing custom recovery and when i restarted my phone into recovery i got it hardbricked and the phone was prety much dead good thing i had my warrante and i told them an update i clicked on the phone caused that so they changed my mainboard :/

you can use mtk droid tools for make a backup with this files (complete procedure in youtube: backup mtk droid tools):

this backup help you if your phone its bricked for some reasons, do a back up for preventing bad situations

just kidding when the main team relaeses update i will update the ROM and am trying to port 6.0.1 CM for this device

DEVICE SPECIFIC TWRP
Device specific TWRP are discontinued!
Please note: our kernel detects your Tab2 variant at boot and chooses the right driver and config for your device! In some cases (e.g. if the mainboard or the screen got replaced) your device variant isn't detected right and it will use wrong driver!
I am not sure how many user are affected, but in such case we can skip the intelligent board detection and hardcode the variant.
Attached device specific TWRP should work to flash latest Android 7 builds.
Feel free to buy me a coconut water if it helped you to keep your Tab still, after many years, almost up to date.

Old recovery threads have been closed because device specific recoveries are discontinued and cwm & philz touch are not maintained anymore.
Let's keep this thread on topic here please:
- No rom questions
- no questions about other recoveries
- make sure posting a recovery.log, maybe dmesg if you have issues on this common twrp

Yeah, it is ok. I'll upload it tomorrow to androidfilehost. It was a quick test to check if eMMC 4.5 work fine (some tab2 seem to have newer emmc, because of that current twrp wasn't able to use the emmc and flashing wasn't possible. Its also the reason why latest builds don't boot on some tab2 and getting only a black screen).

hey man, thank you for the recovery and ROM. I am currently running the official kitkat cyanogenmod on the old recovery. So to install and use this recovery, do I just flash it using the current recovery, or is there some other steps i need to follow?

Take zip twrp , sent zip to SD & install via recovery...Or take .tar-md5 file and flash it with Odin... From here by Andi : https://andi34.github.io/recoveries_tab2.html (you must read first)

Windows Defender detected a Trojan in the latest TWRP zip (3.0.2-8).

Not sure if it's a false positive, or if maybe the Android File Host mirror was infected.
Update: I searched the md5 in VirusTotal and it came up clean

I also redownloaded the zip file a 2nd time, with no virus warning. So looks like it was a false alarm.

I have tried the common 3.0.3-0 on my tab 2 7.0 (p3110) but it installs larger than the screen and the touch wont work, connected mouse to OTG but nothing would work. ended up forcing a shutdown and reflash old version.

Sounds like your bootloader makes trouble.
