How to install
1. Download BazzROMVersion4.rar here Zenfone 5 PinasLang BazzROM Version 3.5
2. Extract the rom make sure that usb driver is install and usb debug is enable at developer option
3. Note that the mobile device must turn ON let the installer do the proccess at all
4. Double click the bazzrom-installer.bat
5. Wait until finish the process it make take 4 to 5 minutes
you wiil see black screen in first install its normal because we change the bootanimation
dont worry its just for firstime next boot back to normal
5. Newbie is not excuse if flashing failed this process is already tested before i upload this!
After install what should i do!
* You need to update the su binary so that root is working perfectly
(Don't came here to tell that the su root is not working may you mis something import for stupid action thats why the root is lost)
* Xposed installer must be install manually the framework
* Changing the icon in nova setting
* change the keyboard themes at language and input ->Google keyboard->appearance and look-> theme
* Enable firewall AFWALL check only the data application that you need to have an internet connection this make save a lot of battery
* Start enabling Greenify for hibernation
* ADS block enable at /system/etc/host
* Where is messenger? look for Q icon label name QKSMS
* All function is working seen BUG? then report here
SDCARD Problem?
Fixing sdcard problem flash the latest kernel 2.21.40.44 boot.img from asus firmware
got to your Droid boot in your cmd on your pc use fastboot
fastboot flash boot boot.img

install are almost same as rooting
1. make sure usb debug is enable at developer option
2. usb driver must be install in your pc
3. plug the usb and zenfone 5 make sure it was ON ,
double click the
4. stock-installer.bat this will do the process wait until finish
if you got problem of force close after install goto recovery or bootloader and factory reset this
will solve all and all clean of ww 2.21.40.44
open cmd inside files folder then do the manual flash
fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash dnx dnx_fwr_ctp_a500cg.bin

try to wipe cache data sir no bug in sdcard problem
i tried and tested before release
battery life its better than stock try to replace zenui luncher by other luncher much better in battery life
zenui luncher read notification before realeasing in systemui so multiple process that drain battery
try to change your luncher the best i can say

The answer is that there is it has got miui components
i am working on milocker which will be available in next v2
That is why i named it M!U! not MIui or some of that sort

Finally, I was able to download it and installed it with lots of curiosity but I am sorry to say Rom didn't work as expected. Lot's of force close errors ever since first time boot. FC on holo launcher, FC on system settings, FC on specific setting sections, FC is about com.android.input method something. I see it frequently on this. I know I followed correct process as I have been using different custom roms on my 4 different devices. Just to mention again; I went to CWM, wiped the cache, user data etc, wipled the dalvik cache and then installed this zip.
Could you please let me know what I am doing wrong? or there is some fix for the same? Did you encounter these issues while you tested the rom?
PS: I did fix permissions in CWM as well but it didn't help.
Please provide the fix or let me know if I am doing anything wrong? Thanks!
See it worked well for me maybe ill post my backup but I didn't encounter this at all.
Do all wipes after flashing too lets see if it works.

even if u delete it u can not replace with new one

The rom dosent fc if u flash the correct way.
It is as follows
1.data wipe
2.cache wipe
3.dalvik wipe
4.rom flashing
5. Repeat 1 ,2,3.
6.fix permissions .
7. flash gapps if provided on thread.
8.data wipe.
9. Reboot
Plz don't post fc problems cause if its real bug I would have fixed before releasing the rom
.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
You should be rooted and have custom recovery installed. Follow ROOTING guide and install RECOVERY and follow next steps.
1) Keep it SD card and reboot to recovery.
2) Wipe data/cache and dalvik and then flash the ROM, incase you get a bootloop (which you won't) then reboot in recovery wipe data/cache and dalvik TWICE then again reboot recovery from advanced menu and then install the ROM and reboot.
3) Will work with any recovery prefer using Philz. (Link above)
4) Reboot and keep patience as first boot can take upto 15-20 minutes.
INFINIX ZERO users make sure you have stock boot.img flash this mod first CAMERA FIX and then using SP Flashtool flash stock boot.img or else wait for my mod
NOTE : After Installing ROM will automatically reboot recovery to fix root. Manually reboot to system from recovery
BUGS
- At first boot it will ask to setup device, that time while setting google account keyboard won't work as keyboard is not enabled skip that part and manually enable keyboard later from menu. It'll work fine after that
- After you setup the device it will say "Unfortunately Setup Wizard has stopped" keep tapping on ok continuously and after 3-4 times you'll see a black screen then press home key from device (hard key middle one on your device below screen) and you'll go to home screen. I know you can bypass that! OR to fix this issue just open the zip with any zip viewer and go to system folder then app and delete the "Browser.apk" and install the ROM
- ROM can't take screenshot from "Volume UP or Down + Power Key" but hey Gravity Box is there! :silly:
- You may get error like "Unkown issue request from Google Play Music or Services". You must know it's from a lower Android and SoC port hence will be having some issues but Google Play Music works just fine. Uninstall it if you don't want it. Fixed Check Add-Ons sections for Fix. :good:
- You may see issue that Dolby doesn't gets enabled, but plug in headphones then open the option dolby it'll work. In case you are frustated with my work install this Dolby app along with it, This one will work absolutely fine Download HERE

Q) ROM is having bad RAM management?
A) It is due to so heavily tweaked. Play games then complain if it hangs or not.
Q) Pre-Integrated Dolby still doesn't work?
A) Uninstall it simply using system app remover I added in ROM and install Dolby from this thread.

yes, mine did not work as well. it seems that it does not create the data partition correctly, mine shows that the sdcard0 is unavailable. and hence wont boot.

I really really suggest to delete updater.apk from rom. I'm 100% sure at least someone will flash OTA update....

Try terminal command in post if still install the ROM then format internal memory and if u have an sdcard format it too but make sure their is nothing important u want in them.move them to a safe place first??

I have the same problem when installing apps that require root access.
I tried installing Private Place, which works on my Miui phone.
1. When starting app, SuperSU access is requested and granted
2. App then starts and then crashes going to the boot screen (with MI logo) and hangs. Pulling battery to restart.
Have tried 2 times, the second time the app/phone just hung when trying to apply settings.
UPDATE: In an attempt to post logcats I had to download catlog (can't get adb to work in office)
which did require root and giving that app SU worked OK.
I've attached the logcat, hoping it caught the issue before the device hung - the string relating the the app 'Private Place' is fahrbot.apps.security.firewall. The device goes to a hung bootscreen when the app tries to initialise.
UPDATE 2:
Using another application called 'App Quarantine' has the same problem.
1. Launch app
2. SuperSU request - granted
3. Back to app and bombs out to boot screen and hangs - have to battery pull
There does seem to be an issue with apps that require root.

So, I don't think Zen UI needs any introduction. Our device shipped with stock AOSP instead of regular Zen UI, as per users demand. However, that left users, who wanted to use Zen UI on this device, sad. But not anymore, since now we have an option to use Zen UI semi-GSI on this device, that too very easily (thanks to TWRP backup created by Vanzell Diamond). For more info, check out screenshots given below.

Prerequisites:
1. The bootloader must be unlocked;
2. TWRP 3.2.3, or any other compatible recovery must be installed;
3. It is recommended that you should be on Android Oreo stock/custom ROM first. If on pie, however, don't worry and follow the steps normally. See FAQs for more info.
Installation Procedure:
1. Download Zen UI 5 TWRP Backup Files (Copy of file in case you're facing quota exceeded error: Click Here).
2. Extract Zen UI 5 X00TD update.zip to TWRP backup folder (inside serial number folder).
Example: emulated/0/TWRP/BACKUP/[SERIAL No]
3. Reboot to TWRP 3.2.3.
4. Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache, Vendor.

6. Restore the backup and reboot back to TWRP (to fix system).

Major bugs are written in OP. And yes, it can very well be used as a daily driver, unless you really care about playing audio via bluetooth.

I tried with oxygen os for max pro M1, but faced an issue with Google Play services. I couldn't add another Google account. Play services froze.
Is there any such issue in this ROM too?

Well, as it happens, you don't necessarily have to be on oreo first. You can follow the steps even if you're on pie.
However, if you get stuck on "Verify pattern" screen (aka FRP lock), follow this video (until the reset part). I'll update OP real quick.

1. I tried. Even though safety net check is shown as successful in Magisk, Google Pay doesn't work. Magisk Hide Props Config module doesn't work either. However, I think with a little bit of researching it might work.
