 Android 2.0.1 works slow on Diamond

Hi everyone,
Sorry if this is maybe a known topic but i recently installed Android on my Htc Diamond (stored in internal storage, booting from WinMo 6.1 with haret.exe) and it worked pretty fine, excepting the fact that it is really not fluent...
So i am wondering why it is running that slow (ok I know this phone has not been made for Android)but as an example, a friend has the Htc Tattoo (same Cpu as the Diamond, Qualcomm 528 mhz, but different screen definition) and Android runs so smooth on it.
So why is it that slow on the Diamond? Because of the higher screen resolution? Or maybe the fact that Android is stored on internal storage?
Any idea is welcomed =)
Thanks,
Damien

Check the XDANDROID post, a new version was released yesterday and fix this issue
its not only the matter of the processor or screen resolution but also when the android runs.. currently we port android in external memory ^_^|

Skype video using back camera in Windows

Hi, my device is X98 II Air 3g - version c5j6.
Recently I upgraded the windows version via control panel check update, the skype video in windows using back camera instead of the front.
Android is fine.
I think last time it was ok but I could be wrong or didn't notice it.
Do you have similar issue or just me?
If just me, could you please let me know how to fix this issue?
Thank you

F.A.Q. Frequently Asked Questions Teclast x98

Hi guys,
every new Teclast user could be interested to this topic.
Sorry for my english, it is not my first language...
Please, tell me any other F.A.Q. to put in this list.
Q: Help me, when I try to turn on my tab I display various errors written in English, what can I do?
A: Plug your Tab and charge it, after 5 minutes try to swich it on.
Q: Help, my tablet cannot switch on!
A: Have you tried to switch it on by pressing Power + Vol+?
Q: Help, my tablet turns on and enters directly into Windows / Android, there's no longer the dual boot choice!
A: Turn on the tablet by pressing Power + Vol+, fla the dual boot option with the two small icons in the upper left.
Q: I heard that there is the "Boot to Windows / Android", how can I use it?
A: To use the Boot To Windows / Android must be sure you have the BIOS updated to rev 2.02, note that the last tablet shipped by Teclast have the latest release of the Bios and they are fully compatible; You can find "Boot to" App here on XDA.
Q: When I turn off the tablet (from Windows) it takes so long to be able to turn on again?
A: Disable Fast Startup in the Windows settings, the path Control Panel -> Power Saving Options -> System settings -> Specify power botton actions; alternatively, you can use SlidetoShutDown.exe located in C: \ Windows \ System32, trivially just create you a shortcut to this file on your desktop and use it to turn off..
Q: How can I identify the correct Product ID of my Tab?
A: See the Product ID located back in the tablet (example).
Q: Can I use the tablet as router? (Only for 3G versions)
A: Sure, it's called tethering, unfortunately not all the phone companies allow you to use it; You can force it using custom APN.
Q: What is the right custom rom for me?
A: All Android custom rom are divided in Teclast Air II and Teclast Air 3G (cell module); Teclast Air III is compatible with Air II custom roms; for some models of Air 3G, we discovered they have a different camera and you can have problems with it.
Q: Can I update UEFI Bios?
A: Do you really need to update? With 2.02 version you will fix battery Drain in Windows, if you want to fix it see Guides on XDA.
Q: Can I use USB OTG to read pendrives?
A: Of course, just with an ordinary OTG adapter, Google!
Q: Can I install Windows 7/8/10 64 Bit?
A: You can Install Windows x64 only on "Pro" tablets, any others must use x86 (32 bits) OS, If you don't want to brick.
Q: Is the original Windows image activated??
A: Yes, Teclast ship its tablets with original license by MS.
Q: The stock Android ROM (original) I do not so good, are there any alternatives available?
A: Of course, the brilliant developer Mirek190 creates its own custom rom, you can use Intel MFT to install it.
Q: Why do I have trouble with the pair / pairing a Bluetooth device?
A: Try to turn off all connections (3G, WiFi and Bluetooth), and then turn on only the bluetooth to pair.
Other F.A.Q. here (I decided to create a separate topic, because we have a Forum now!)
