[SOLVED] [Q] Teclast x98 Air II - Moving apps with link2sd on mireks rom v5.0 - Teclast X98 Air 3G

Hello There together,
i cant manage to move apps with link2sd on my teclast x98 air 2 (HG8N). I have windows 10 and mireks rom v5.0 running on it.
I have an 64gb SD card with 2 partitions on it. First one primary fat32 and second one primary ext4 like at the faq on link2sd pro hp.
The mount script works properly. But if i try to move apps to my sd card i got every time the message pakage invalid.
How can i mange to get my apps on my sd card? I need it, because my teclast have only 32gb and with dual boot and windows 10 on it, i havent enough space for much apps on android.
Any suggestions?
Thank you!

If it does not work for you, then I don't know what could be the issue as for me it works alright (albeit a bit slow when booting the device).

Crazy_Oni,
Let me ask a question or 3.
Can you see the SDcard mount folders on your device ?
What paths are they showing up under ?
Can you create files within these folders from Android ?
I personally have not found it necessary to create 2 folders on my 64GB MicroSD.
I am using 1 64GB NTFS partition and I am successfully relocating (moving and accessing) folders to the MicroSD from both Windows and Android, without using any apps to do it.

It looks like this.
I remounted it with link2sd a few times but it didn't work. Viebahn can't link apps to it.

I encountered this problem once and switched using "INT2EXT4+" instead, you don't have to manually move stuff with that script and I havent noticed any problem with it.
Use titanium backup to backup all your apps if you're not already using it.

ok
how to use INT2EXT4+ ?
I don't have an app like Link2SD.
Try going to data/local with a root explorer and delete .apk files in there. Link2sd sometimes makes a copy when linking apps and they end up in there, just taking up internal space.

The tutorial is in the link. It makes the phone have more "internal" storage (using the space from the SD card) so all you gotto do is to install apps and they will work as they usually do. You have to partition your SD-card, just search "partition SD card xda" on google and ull find a tutorial for that.
Used amarulz script dude it can make our internal memory higher with make our sdext become internal i have 1.5GB for internal but u must deleted other script with similar function to avoid bootloop..

yeah because some ROM already have script sdext u must remove it before using amarulz script..
use rootexplorer go to system>etc>init.d
When you link apps to sd-ext, the data from all those applications still stay on internal memory. Those consumes a lot of space. Better try moving movable applications to sd card.
Even I also faced the same problem on an earlier ROM. Didn't find a solution though.

[Q] Myth 3 Wanted to go back to my default partition of SD card

You can use Computer Management section if You run Windows OS.
You can delete partitions there. I always use it.

Hi SzalonyKronicarz!
If the SD partition is ext2/ext3/ext4 Windows OS will not see it.
Though, Windows OS computer management section is useful for FAT/FAT32/NTFS partitions.
Good luck.

I can't agree with You.
It works just fine for deleting partitions.
Windows may not use this type of partitions but can see and delete.
Actually I don't have any english version of Windows but I'd like to show You that I am right:
You can see, that partitons exist.
It says "Zdrowy, nieznana partycja" - english: healthy - unknown partition.
You can also see "Usuń partycję" - english: delete partition.
Both partitions were created under CWM Recovery.

Hey Guys,
I tried googling this issue, searching it but cannot find much.
Ever since I upgraded to EMUI 3.0 Lollipop my 8GB internal storage has gone down to 3.64gb. I have since upgraded my device to EMUI 4.0 Marshmallow and i'm still having the same problem... any ideas on how to fix this issue?
My device version is Che2-L12.
Greatly appreciated,

Yes, that's all of the available memory. I'm searching for some kind of solution for this but for now without success. I've tried APP2SD and LINK2SD but they aren't working properly on EMUI with Marshmallow.

Link2SD didnt work properly on MM B515, but Apps2SD does work properly on MM B515. Im using Apps2SD now on B515, no problems. Just root B515 with TWRP + Magisk + Phh Superuser. 128gb, 8gb of it as Ext4, rest is ExFat. Ignore the fact that its a Link2SD screenshot, as I'm only using it for freezing stuffs.

Standard stuff. Advertise as 8gb, but max for usage is 3.64gb. Same stuff as in 16gb Galaxy S2. Advertise as 16gb, got 11gb instead. Reason: System ROM is also included in that advertised 16gb. Same goes with a 500gb as NTFS, you got 465gb shown instead.

I do not understand how it works, everything works like before, Apps are installed in internal SD Card and data also in internal SD Card .

Oh well, it exposes a user accessible path under the mnt.
I love it cuz apps work so much faster when not using the weird new external storage permission thing.
So, do i have do copy all on External Card or internal card to this mnt point?

no no, it simply is used for allowing apps to access the external sd card without having to use the Document Storage provider. eg. Say you have your titanium backup files on your sd card, you can point to the mount point to access them instead of using the external storage handler or anything else.
Or you could save files on the ext sd card by pointing to the mount point.
This saved me from having to format as internal. I'm running RR5.8. Thank you for this

Genuine or counterfeit ? You should check it with a SD adapter pluged in a PC.

5 rom [ROM] [OFFICIAL] [10.0] [pyxis] CrDroid 6.5 [APR SECURITY PATCH]
In your case i would try another sd card just to see if the issue still exists.
If so then the sd flaw should be forgotten. Then, it may be a problem with your rom.
Finally, i would try another rom.
try to format from your computer , even you buy a fake ( you buy 128 Go and it's 5120 Mo ) it should be detected
I had similar problem in Mi 9 Lite but with SIM card. I had to pull it out and insert again a few times until it started working.

I only add info, the better is to buy samsung evo plus card because of the best speed of write in unsequential access and fact of keeping only 2 bites in one memory cell in compare to store 3 bites in one cell in sandisk ultra.

I used Link2SD many years ago, and Apps2SD some years ago. I created second partition and stored all data on second partition in devices with 8GB flash.
Today I do not use devices with small flash. (I am not sure if Apps2SD correct works in android 10).

that's why i ask as i have not really seen link2sd or apps2sd in a while. because the sd card is shared with the sim slot, and i will be using 2 sims; i want to try and understand if it is just extra storage i am giving up? or also a place to move app data to.
I used second partition for everything; aplications, libraries obb, data, dex/odex... IF APP has predelined library link you can relink directory to card too.
