CYANOGENMOD 13.0
WARNING! This ROM is for the GT-I9192 variant only!
CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 6.0, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
CM-13.0 Install Guide

Great Work!

Very GOOD job! I'am testing cm-13.0-20160118-UNOFFICIAL-serranodsdd... and it looks very stable and usable (except only one SIM working).

Everything else works perfectly for now except for sim2. One major thing is that when you format internal sdcard to use it as internal memory or media device, it gets very slow read/write speed. I want to know which filesystem it is formatting the sdcard? I reformatted it with FAT and now it works with fine speed. But if you do that it can only be used as media device. To use it as internal memory it has to be formatted via your phone.

Gapps issues
If anyone is having issues with open Gapps installation (Setup wizard FC, Play Services FC), use @alexax66's recommendation from the CM12.1 thread and install CM 13 and Gapps simultaneously without reboot after flashing the ROM. This helped me.

thanks to @k2wl for the great work and thanks to all for contibuting to CM13 on i9192 becoming a reality....
found issues today:
1) bluetooth on CM13 is spotty...connected to car bluetooth and audio was broken...
2) Google now on tap not working properly
hopefully these will get rsolved in subsequent builds by CM team or @k2wl...

Yes. But if you know how to edit build.prop, you can comment out the following two lines (i mean add a # before the two lines) as suggested by alexax66 :
#persist.radio.multisim.config=dsds
#persist.multisim.config=dsds

Man this thing is fast.... looks like the S6 I have. CM13 was a very good suit to the phone!!! Congrats again to all involved.

Installed the build which was faster and 3G is working, phone calls, SMS, etc. Very good. My wife will be pleased to see her phone getting really fast....
One of her complains was about the lag to pick up phone calls. And apparently it disappeared!! :good::good::good::highfive::highfive::highfive:

External SD
It is really strange how the external SD is mounted in MM. Mine shows up under /storage/A-191-AF30/ It used to be /storage/sdcard1, much more logical ....
Total Commander recognizes it as USB storage. Really strange

Why is /system formatted every time, would this affect other apps as well?
This will be a nightmare with all the gapps issues I am having

no... just remember to flash gapps right after rom flash without booting into the rom.
in twrp just add 2 zips in a row...it will do its work...
system is formated everytime in MM..it is default to cm.
it should not affect other apps though.

Quick review - 01.18 build
Hardware: Everything works: cameras, IR, BT, Wi-FI, proximity, compass, GPS - all tested, functional
Apps: So far everything I tried works; just to name a few: Netflix, iGO, Waze, Greenify, Firefox, Chrome, Zoiper, Viber, Folder player, Kernel Adiutor (unfortunately no f4k kernel yet for CM13), Smart Remote, and many more

Once mounted Sd to be part of system memory, the recovery is not recognized as external and internal does not recognize.
So
How to flash a zip for recovery if you do not appear in any storage Recovery
Sent from my GT-I9192 using XDA Free mobile app

That message every time I restarted my phone and WiFi does not work randomly appears, but only reset and re-run the WiFi.
Everything works great.
Just need F4k kernel is available for this release.

Reporting bugs:
You are allowed to report bugs only in this thread. Before reporting a bug, please make sure you are running as stock as possible. This means no custom kernel, no custom framework modification, etc. If you are using any of the above modifications, please flash the rom again to get rid of the modifications before reporting.
Report bugs on Jira at jira.cyanogenmod.org
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log

Which superuser flashable zip should I use? The ones I used in KK don't work.
---------- Post added at 10:33 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:33 PM ----------
And the ROM is rock solid, congrats!
Awesomeness, grabbing it now and will run it through the paces.
@Somcom3X
great work man =D
Bugs that I saw:
Wifi Tether (mentioned on op)
CPU Clock on 1190 almost all the time when the screen is on
@Somcom3X Excellent release! Though I've encountered a few issues apart from the mentioned ones.
AOSP keyboard gesture swiping does not work
Power Off does not work
Notification sound does not work. Tried changing it a few times but none of which works. It vibrates though.
Notification LED doesn't work? I don't think it's working or how it's intended to work in 5.0 Lollipop, but Pulse Notification light is turned on (This seems to work for alarms though)
Random Settings force closes
Maps is not working -- I know it's totally unrelated but it could be GPS related as it just kept showing "Waiting for location..."
Some apps are left even after clearing all apps. ie: SuperSU requests, Contacts, app installs.
Volume rocker for Media Volume gets stuck at a certain point, though it's only a visual bug.
Crossed out stuff just suddenly worked. lol
Is it possible to get Busybox working on CM12 too? Can't find one that would install.
Using this as a daily driver until I find something that wouldn't let me.

I used this and it seems to be working fine. http://download.chainfire.eu/589/SuperSU/
I'm testing since you release the zip in the other thread (I was even about to suggest a new thread ).
I did a dirty flash from cm11, so, maybe some of my reports here are specific about doing dirty flash (just in case, remember to redo your lockscreen security, because the dirty flash made your lockscreen accept anything as password. Remaking the lockscreen security fix it).
* Stock camera doesn't work (shows image, but doesn't take photos, even after cleanup the application). Downloading the google camera or whatever other camera works (and it seems the camera bug from cm11 is gone).
* f2fs doesn't work, ext4 works but useless (you can't do anything, but the cm12 reads that there's a partition and with size, etc), exfat doesn't work either. The worse is: using any of the filesystems I said made you unable to even reformat de sdcard. Only fat works for me. Btw, I'm unable to copy from pc to sdcard.
Thanks
Downloading now. Thanks for posting, been waiting for a lollipop rom.
Edit:
Gps is working fine for me, camera works when it wants to, replaced the stock camera with a port from the apps section of this forum.. Google camera seems a bit more stable. Installed no frills cpu control and disabled safety valve and other apps being able to set frequency and I noticed while it still says min is 1.1 if you look at stats it will go to 300 like normal.
Guest Mode is enabled ?
settings crash sometimes, but it's working well
thanks for your great work
Hi. I'm so excited to install this, but I want to know if I'll be able to go back to KK if there is any problem
Thanks for all your hard work!
Great work man
Just out of curiosity, the thread name is "[ROM] unOfficial Cyanogenmod 12 4.4.4 for the Moto G 4G (Peregrine)".
CM12 is made after 5.0, not 4.4.4 - right?
Or am I misunderstanding what the 4.4.4 means?
Thanks!

This is CM12 5.0
Probably just a typo by SomCom3X.
Can confirm lack of GPS signal lock. Could be the same bug with CM11.2 where you need to get it just right with a previous signal lock on stock and then flash. Otherwise, running extremely smoothly. Latest SuperSU Beta 2.27 gives root without any big problems, restoring TiBu as we speak. Also can confirm lack of swipe in stock keyboard. SD Card access is working. Great work!
Getting a GPS lock before you flash cm12 worked for me. That should be step one from now on before flashing any ROM. Just in case ya know. So far everything's running great.

I've read it's an issue with quite a bit of Motorola devices. The stock GPS trick is the best thing possible to do at the moment.

Happy to see u back jst downloaded and flashed the rom. Everything is working smooth and awsome thnks
Sent from my AO5510 using XDA Free mobile app
can this cm12 be ported to zte v5 max ????
I flashed the rom with latest CWM 64bit recovery... I put only one sim (sim1) & Everything went fine on the first boot... Inorder to save battery, i changed my sim to 2G mode from LTE... Rebooted the phone...
On my next boot, com.android.phone keeps crashing asking for sim selection, followed by system ui crash... Basically speaking, i can't use the phone... I've done factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache... On first boot again all works fine, but on re-booting, the com.android.phone keeps crashing followed by system ui crash...
What could be the reason? How to fix this issue?
Also i noticed tht, while on com.android.phone error, when i press volume button, the phone soft reboots...
I can't create static wifi under wifi option... It says created but is not shown for connection & so can't be connected.
Xposed Framework for this rom
Hey anyone has installed xposed framework for this rom?...I tried xposed-sdk22-arm-20150501.zip , but that did not work for me...

Does this ROM requires Gapps to be installed? I installed the 12.1 by varun chitre but i faced some problem. The color enhancement was missing.I didnt find the ususal camera app, rather a bad camera app came.
I downloaded and installed your ROM. But could not get past the initial settings as it is always FCs . Is there anything I am doing wrong?
The steps I followed
1. Wipe - Factory reset. I on on 64 bit TRWP.
2. Removed 2nd SIM during the first boot.(as mentioned in Varun's CM12.1 thread)
Would like to try your build on your reply. I am presently on SOKP R3 released yesterday.
Thanks for your efforts

Thanks for your latest upload. I have installed the same without any problems. I have also used Varun's Thunderzap kernel. My observations...
1. Xposed works beautifully. With Gravity box, total control can be had with this ROM
2. Call volume is adequate.
3. Very smooth. Though I am not a great fan of benchmarks, I got 35460 in Antutu.
4. In the 12 hours of usage, the device heating is minimal in this ROM. hence I do hope that the battery also would be good. I will update on the battery later
I got my Yureka 10 days back. Since then I have been trying various ROMs and kernels available. I think I have found the best daily driver in this ROM and kernel combination. Next choice for me would be SOKP R3.
Great work sir!!!
Thanks

FAQ/Frequent Statements
Q0: When ${THING}?
A0: No ETAs. Don't ask.
Q1: You list my phone above but there isn't a build uploaded, why not?
A1: Haven't gotten around to it yet.
Q2: But when will you get to building it?
A2: Damn it, see Q0/A0.
Q3: How often will builds be produced?
A3: Whenever I get to them and feel like uploading.
Q4: But ${THING} isn't working for me. I cannot live without ${THING}. :crying:
A4: Not surprising, lineage-14.1 is still young. Some features aren't ported and some may still be buggy. Maybe lineage-14.1 isn't ready for you yet. And don't cry.
Q5: Xposed/Magisk?
A5: Don't know. Maybe, maybe not. I'll ignore you if you complain about something and are using them. Don't even think of talking about it.
Q6: Can I complain about something?
A6: I'd prefer not, but be prepared for me to ignore you.
Q7: Can I report a bug?
A7: Absolutely. Please ensure that you are running stock ROM and kernel. No Xposed or other hacky crap. Create a logcat.
Q8: When will you fix ${THING} that I just reported?
A8: Damn it, see Q0/A0. And if your ${THING} isn't something that bothered me, it probably just got shuffled to the back of the line.
Q9: Can I donate?
A9: Code, yes. Money, no.
Q11: My bluetooth seems to mostly work except it gets glitchy when I turn my screen off, put it in my pocket, walk away from it by more than a couple feet, etc. Why?
A11: Your OUI isn't recognized by macloader. We're doing the right thing for cm-14.x+ and giving EVERYONE the correct BT and WIFI firmware/calibration data. Send me the first three octets of your WIFI MAC address as well as the output of the instructions in this post.
Q12: Can I dirty flash from CM to LineageOS?
A12: The official timeframe for dirty-flashing from CM to LineageOS is over.
Q13: HALP, I restored a TWRP backup and now cannot get my radio to work.
A13: First, don't panic. You have a full backup, it's just that something weird is happening on boot of the restore. We can get through this. Go ahead and restore that nice, clean backup again (Yes, restore it AGAIN!), but DO NOT REBOOT YET! Using the TWRP file manager, delete these two directories:
/data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/
/data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/shared_prefs/
Now you may reboot your phone.

GApps:
LineageOS recommends Opengapps. I use Opengapps mini. If you are running lineage-14.1 then you want ARM 7.1.

Doesn't Work:
CM ThemeEngine - Not ported to lineage-14.x
VoLTE - Didn't work on cm-13.0. Didn't work on cm-14.1. Don't expect great things, even devices from the same generation as ours that had VoLTE on M (e.g., bacon) don't have it on N.

Theme engine isn't working yet on CM 14. Themes are low on the priority list when it comes to CM development. Traditionally you start with the basic components (radio, WiFi, sysui and framework issues) to reach a stable base and then work on features like themes, Bluetooth etc.
For anyone wondering about the stability I'm really impressed with how stable this alpha build is. WiFi and radio is working great on my end. It appears Bluetooth is working though I've not really tested it thoroughly. Many of the root apps we all use seem to have several minor nougat compatibility issues but that's unrelated to the Rom itself.
I'm seeing a minor issue where it's not automatically detecting time zone on setup. A few appearance based settings are non functional it seems at the moment. Overall though the rom runs great and for an alpha its much better than I expected.

I'm sure that u are very Much aware of the bug call delay. But I'm reporting that once again in here.
The bug is like when receiving or calling someone the voice from other side is able to heard like after 6-8 seconds. Like callui is sticking for that time and voice too.
I'm sure ur aware so that I didn't provide log for that.
I hope this may be solved soon too.
But thank you all very much who are contributing for kite development. Thank you!

Lineage OS 16.0 (Android 9.0 Pie) For Redmi 4A (Rolex)

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 9.0(Pie), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
Broken:
Sepolicy is still permissive
Nothing else
Working:
Camera (and flashlight)
WiFi
Bluetooth
Telephony (Calls and Data)
Audio (Record and Playback)
Video Playback
Sensors
GPS
VoLTE
Compatibility:
Compatible with all Xiaomi Redmi 4A and Redmi 5A variants (16GB / 32GB), other Redmi devices are not supported.
Builds are based off the Xiaomi's Android 7.1 firmware with proprietary blobs from MIUI 8.3.29 dev package.

Installation:

Format /system, /data and /cache
Install LineageOS zip package
Install Magisk 16.4 For root permission
Install [optional] a Google Apps package of your choice (Open GApps is advisable, but stock and super variants are not recommended!!!)

Is it Gapps related bugs or rom related? In several unofficial Lineage 16 for other Redmi devices, most of the bugs are solved after the latest unofficial open gapps is released. 20th Aug build I believe.
Update: here it is https://builds.nezorfla.me/?dir=opengapps/pie/arm64/20180820

When I tried booting into the phone pixel setup was not working and I could not enter in the phone
When I tried with out flashing gapps at first boot

Hi,
I'm already working over 2 years at the N80XX devices (mostly LineageOS) and want to introduce you my version of Resurrection Remix RR-N-v5.8.5.
For sure I want to thank all guy's which were ever working on these devices and also in general at the smdk4412.
I also want to thank the Resurrection Remix team, LineageOS and so on.
I've added some extra functionality like for example wakening up the device when you pull out the pen, back event when you press the pen button,
fast charging for every power supply, working keyboard dock + lineout functioning, Magisk hide and much more...
Resurrection Remix is a mix out of Omni and LineageOS with many extra features and functionality,
I guess there is no other Rom which offers so many features to customize.
I can't guarantee that there aren't any bugs, so I need you for testing and giving me a feedback.
Spoiler: Not working at the moment:
N8020: incoming calls doesn't pop up, outgoing calls + internet (also LTE) are working fine.
HDMI out for all of them, not implemented.

Spoiler: How to install it?
Instructions
To disable the sec_keyboard for example to play games without any hardware keyboard,
simply flash my magisk module to disable it:
sec_keyboard disabler
If you are going to use Gapps,
I recommend to use the pico package!
https://opengapps.org/
How to root the device?
Just simply open Magisk Mangager,
choose install an download zip.
Afterwards reboot to twrp and install the downloaded zip file.
Do you like my work? Than you can simply hit the thanks button and consider to spend me a coffee or a beer,
I'm doing this in my free time and it also costs a lot of money to buy hardware.

Just open Magisk Manger and choose install, download the zip file and flash it via twrp.
For those people who wants to play games without any hardware keyboard,
just simply flash (with magisk manager or twrp) my new magisk module to disable the sec_keyboard .

Have you installed the rom clean?
Could it be, that you've installed the gapps later without doing a factory reset?
Sometimes this is causing problems.
Yea I forget to reset the device men know there no way to install original YouTube and chrome I have play store working
You could try to wipe the dalvik-cache, but there's no guarantee that this will fix your problem,
just factory reset and start from zero.
OK 10q really
I will try it and i hope it will be fine
Thanks

Hi,
not at the moment it is not possible to enable the cursor for the pen,
but I will take a look at it.
I've already fixed some small bugs and you will receive a update soon.
RR runs on all my devices stable, but to find out whats going on in your case, just simply create a last_kmsg directly afterwards and send it to me.
Oh? You decided to join XDA to get more Feedback?
I've been using this RR as a daily driver for the last month now and i have to say i prefer it over Slim and Lineage. It's extremely fluid out of the box and doesn't have that laggy feeling Linaeage has.
Give this rom a try if you still use your N8000 guys!
guide me please
