Whenever I put my Moto E4 Plus to recharge the battery, it starts having ghost touch and does not capture some touch. Only when loading.

my dear D4 falled down from my jacket, after it doesn't want to power on. I tried to remove the battery and boot, but it freeze on motorola dual core technology screen. I tried to boot with the wallcharger (and battery on) but after this screen the phone simple reboot and come back to motorola dual core screen. What could i do to get it back?
It has CM12 and safestrap on (perfectly work before it fall down)
After come times without battery on, i retried to attach it and connect the wallcharger. The phone, after motorola dual core screen, show a "?" inside the battery (on battery charging screen)
It looks like phisical damage
Can you load Fastboot option ? (Hold volume up, down and power button when your phone is off)

My moto g (1st gen) started just turning off randomly and then failed to restart. I tried all the tricks of holding the volume and power on for 2+ minutes but all to no avail. I purchased a new battery thinking that was the issue but changing it achieved nothing.
I checked the voltage of the new battery before I installed in and it showed approx. 3.7v but after leaving in the phone for a couple of days it read 0.00 volts, exactly the same as the old battery - any ideas what could cause this? A short somewhere? With both reading zero, i'm guessing they are toast?
I've tried removing the battery and connecting to a known good usb charger, swapped out usb cables. But noting seems to be working. When connected to power I get the single white LED I think notifying there is insufficient power to show the battery indicator on screen. With the battery in I got a screeching noise from the speaker which did not sound too healthy....
I've downloaded the moto windows software but the laptop cannot see the mobile, so no luck there.
Does anyone have any idead how I can revive it from the dead to get some pictures and whatsapp chats off it?

So the battery of My moto x 2014 is almost dead. It shuts down every now and then, even when the battery meter says its 100%.
Few hours ago it got shut down. I was busy so I connected it to charger and left it as it is. Now when I picked it up it won't turn on. When I connect the charger it shows battery symbol for 2 seconds, vibrates then shows smaller battery symbol (all black screen with white battery symbol in the center, and the symbol is full white meaning the battery is full), and then complete blank screen.
I tried to boot into system, recovery, fastboot but it won't work.
When I connect it to computer, computer gives off a sound that a new device is connected but adb won't recognize the device.

I was trying to remove the back cover and somehow the power button ribbon came out of its slot. I only saw it once I removed the back cover completely. Putting it back fixed the problem.

I opened up my moto x 2014 after it wasn't starting and while doing that I screwed up the battery . Now j don't have a battery . Can I turn it on on a charger directly . For now when I plug in the charger a charger logo comes with white screen and thag turns off the screen
