Hi all, newbie here. myself and a friend with he same phone are hearing some major recording issues when you using the video or facebook live option to record video and sound in a nightclub. it is virtually un playable. other brands seem to record in loud clubs with no issue. but with the P20 there seems to be an issue.
i cant find any simple lower volume option.
can anyone kindly advise ?

I have a problem, the sound while recording video is very low.
the "Record with Audio" option is set, so, looks like the hands free sound record type is not active while recording videos.
A hard reset doesn´t help. do you know if there is some king of tweak to solve this problem?

I think that the problem is that the microphone is facing you not the objective.
That sucks... I recorded some videos and now I see I am not alone...
This is useless to have video without sound. Is there some possible fix?
Hello guys im new here so i dont know if this is a double thread or not, just checked and couldnt find similar thread here. So ive noticed that there is some kind of noise when recording (at least with the stock cam app) and ive seen some sample videos on youtube having this issue too. Is there a way to fix that noise? I watched video tests in YouTube for xiaomi mi 5 review, and noticed that the sound of recorded videos is full of distortion.
I'm on my way to buy the device but I want to know if I use another app but the stock camera to record video this issue will disapear or not?

Hi All, I am Honor 10 Lite User. I m having 3d sound effect issues while listening through earphones. THE ISSUE ARISED WHILE PLAYING PUBG WHERE I WASNT ABLE TO DETECT FOOTSTEPS VOICE; LIKE FROM WHICH SIDE ENEMIES ARE APPROACHING. later, i played youtube video "check your earphone/headphones quality with 7d virtual audio" i watched the video with several headphones (low to high class) on honor 10 lite but was unable to detect the 3d sound quality previously i got from my other device mi note4, where each direction was notified through ears.
Kindly help me out how to resolve this 3d sound stereo effect problem. Like i m only getting mono sounds. ?
