[Q] Xiaomi Mi 5X keeps vibrating every second & black screen! - Xiaomi Mi 5X Questions & Answers

My Xiaomi Mi 5X came with MIUI 9/Android 7.1. I tried to flash it with Mi flash tool.
Tissot_9.0_V10.0.10.0.PDHMIXM_Fastboot is the ROM I tried to flash.
However, something went wrong during the process. The flash tool status said flashing, but the phone began to vibrate every second. The screen is black, no indicator light or Mi logo. I cannot enter recovery mode or fastboot.
When I unplug it the vibration stops. When
charging the phone or
plugging it into the pc using USB cable or
trying the power on or
trying to enter recovery mode/fastboot
it begins to vibrate every second.
How can I fix this?

Flash latest fastboot rom with EDL test point.
if latest version do not work flash this version.
1.tiffany_images_V8.5.9.0.NDBCNED_20170810.0000.00_7.1_cn (can access fastboot, recovery and system boots but no display)
2.tiffany_images_V10.1.3.0.NDBCNFI_20181105.0000.00_7.1_cn ( when flashed with EDL booted into fastboot and recovery but bootloop. When I flashed same version using fastboot everything stopped working only white led blinks)
before flashing this 8.5.9 version i tried many other versions but only this version worked for me.
Now I can access fastboot, recovery and boot into system. Touch screen works but no display.(display is broken but worked before flashing tissot rom)

Why did you flash a Tissot fastboot rom?

Which TWRP were you using?
Press and hold the volume up and down, and power ( all at the same time.) The screen should then shut off.
Plus in usb cable to a usb2 port preferably on back of computer or if you only have usb 3 try using a usb hub, then go to control panel, system , device manager and look for port 9800 under com. is it there?
If so try using the flashall.bat method of restoring the phone with a stock fastboot rom.
The phone should restore each partition, and reboot to wifi/Micloud sign in. You will lose all data.

Help with bricked mi mix loses detection with pc (can still go to fastboot)

Got bootloader unlock
Flash twrp by mr raines (touch works)
When pressing volume+ recovery, it goes to stock recovery. My workaround was to boot twrp in adb.
Tried flashing roms but getting error 1 and 7
Then phone became undetected by pc, last thing i tried installing was qualcomm drivers.
Was about to fix twrp booting to save me. But too late. I'm stuck on logo
Any fix for this problem?
Oh can the mi mix be force power off?

Strange Error: No USB Connection, only Fastboot possible, TWRP does not load

Hello everyone.
My dad sent me his Mi A2 to have a look after not booting into the (rooted) stock ROM. So I have done some "repairs"...
First, I managed to flash the latest LineageOS for the Mi A2. This worked, but after the next LOS update was released, I could only update the system after a factory reset.
So I began the whole procedure again: I flashed TWRP (version 3.5.2_9.0) on the active slot (using an Intel PC, an USB 2.0 port, a good cable), installed the system (LOS 18.1) again, changed the active slot, installed TWRP on this one and rebooted to recovery. The phone booted to the TWRP splash screen and then... nothing. It stays in a (very dark) TWRP splash screen. Then I changed to fastboot mode, tried to boot a temporary TWRP, but it refused to. I tried the latest Mi Flash tool, but although it recognized the phone, it couldn't flash the latest stock ROM. After that the PC suddenly said that the device cannot be recognized and now I cannot access the phone via USB, although PC, USB port and cable did not change. I tried to acces EDL by using test points - nothing. The phone charges, but nothing else works. I cannot boot into recovery, I cannot boot into the system, I only can boot into Fastboot, but have no USB connection.
Is this a hardware error? Did I mess up something at some point? What else can I do (except putting it into the recycling bin)?
Thanks for your help in advance

What was your MIUI Version before installing twrp. You will lose your data for the fix. But its the matter of phone or no phone.

You device was global varient or chinese varient ?
You can checkout tutorials on using SP Flash tool to flash stock firmware, or I can explain when I get home. Also use spflash tool with MTK auth bypass or you won't be able to flash.
Had a pretty bad month as I completely killed my phones software. Heck I even deleted the preloader which is the core responsible thing for a mediatek chip based phone to boot. BUT SP flash tool saved the day.

Question Can't boot into anything, only shows charging screen then turns itself off after. PLEASE HELP ME! How do I fix this???

Yesterday I unlocked my phone with the official Xiaomi unlock tool, Then it wiped everything, after setting my phone up, I flashed TWRP (not for my device but for redmi k20, I thought 9T and K20 is the same) and now I'm stuck on fastboot, I tried power button + volume buttons but still stuck on fastboot, I tried adb but still stuck, I tried Reiboot for Android but still stuck. So I used XiaoMiTool V2 (unofficial) and selected 'my device is bricked' then it asked me to select what device am I using, I selected k20 bc I thought it's the same with redmi power, after downloading a rom for an hour, it tries to install but fails because it detects that it's not k20, so I closed it and rebooted my device, now my device only shows the charging battery icon, can't boot into fastboot, can't boot into anything, PC can't detect my phone including adb. Please help me (for free), I really need your help. Thanks!
Your mistake was booting a wrong twrp and then a wrong fastboot rom. You could have saved your device when it was in fastboot mod by flashing an official fastboot rom for your device. But now your device seems hopeless. I think you have no option but to send it to a service center.
In this Case, buy only from Trusted Places! Or Learn how to Flash properly.
If the bootloader is unlocked...
Flash vbmeta.img
Then flash the suitable recovery for 9 power... It might boot to recovery then
