You might struggle to find a file/rom to do this.I don't even know if it's possible.Small phone shops can usually replace the USB ports.
There videos on Youtube that can help you do it yourself if you can find a replacement usb port,

I realize this is a late reply, but I just happened to read your issue. I had an identical problem with a Moto E (2nd Gen) -- damaged USB port. (My device would charge, but would not establish a data connection with my PC.) With some YouTube guidance and some rudimentary knowledge on schematics of the logic board, I was able to splice into a micro USB cable and connect the necessary data wires (yellow and green) directly to the USB solder points on the board, then connecting the male USB-A to my PC, thus initiating a successful fastboot connecton and the ability to flash TWRP. From there I was able to flash a custom ROM and recover my device. Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience in resolving the issue. Hope you can get it recovered my friend.

Nopes ! You cannot flash through BlueTooth, there has to be a physical connection between phone and pc via usb.
Which thing is not working, your usb cable or mini usb port of the phone,if it's usb cable plug, you can get a new usb cable, but if it's the mini usb port of the phone then you'll either have to get it replaced or repaired.
No,there's no such complete package, which you can flash through Sdcard method.Only the Rom Backup, which you create of your Rom on the Sdcard can only be backup to your phone,no other backup created of anyther phone can be flashed,as every backup has significant data stored on the Sdcard of that phone only.
Try to find out which part is faulty, usb cable or the mini port, try to wiggle the usb cable a little to check if it establishes the connectivity through Activesync.
Cheers

My Galaxy S broken beyond repair?

While experimenting with a few ROMs stored in my Samsung I9000, one of the installations didn't complete and a logo loop started....no big deal (I thought) - just hook the data cable to the PC and Download a reliable stock rom e.g. JW4 like I did in the past in similar circumstances - except for an issue which I completely forgotten...the micro usb port has been very unreliable of recently and it's has been a while since I was able to connect to the PC and blaming this "minor" issue to other factors - while in truth the micro usb is busted!! (I know now) - the samsung isn't recognized any more so I can't download any ROM from the PC.
Can I salvage this phone somehow?
I guess the only option is to try and replace the micro usb port - easily said as I'm not very confident with soldering....are there any other solution?
well...I have to assume there is no alternative solution but try to replace the micro usb (or sell it as spare/repair).
Can't you just go to recovery mode and restore a backup or flash a ROM?

Are you using the original USB cable? There are some usb cable that will only provide power and no data connection. So make sure you have a data cable first. Then check you have the latest HTC drivers installed on your computer, make sure you don't have HTC Sync installed, that you are using a USB 2.0 port directly at the back of your PC (no external hub). What is your TWRP version, your Windows version and your Bootloader version?
Yes I know I have tried this all,
Have tried all recovery is twrp 2.8.7.0
Nd usb is original I use the same for my Xperia z2 for flashing...
Drivers are installed with signature enforcement disables on 8.1 windows
But all was working fine suddenly I got this issue..
What could be done
What is your hboot version
Can you get fastboot connectivity when in bootloader?
Can you get adb connectivity when in custom recovery or when booted in the ROM with USB debugging turned on?
Also worth mentioning that you won't get connectivity if your phone is on the lock screen, you must unlock the screen at least once when connected to the computer.
Otherwise if its the usb port, it can easily be replaced, you only need to remove the cover you then have access to the small usb/front mic board and can replace it without further dismantling. The usb board is pretty cheap, you can find it on amazon, ebay and probably any other website of that kind.

Broken USB port, can't upload system via ODIN

Hello everyone!
My SGSA has broken USB port, but it wasn't such a problem. I had uploaded TWRP and all the time I wanted to change the software it was just few clicks. This time I tried to install some other ROM (I was looking for perfect performance, so I tested about 25+ ROMs within a month. This instalation has formated /system partition and as I think many others, beacuse I can't even boot into recovery, phone stays at "Samsung Galaxy S Advance I9070" logo. I am able to boot into "Download Mode" but beacuse of broken USB port PC detects it as a malfunctioned device. I wanna add that I tried maaaany PC's and many USB cables to connect.
Hope for help, cheers

Get that USB port replaced .. it doesn`t cost much . in india it costs only 200-rupees . Because if everything fails ODIN is your saviour and he can`t rescue you without a USB to PC connection .
I also have the same problem. After trying different ROMs, today I try to use Odin found The USB port is not recognized,
Is a Rom damaged a file or even damaged the Usb port? Can repair?

I am very sorry for the reckless speculation.
2015-0903 I used Kies to upgrade my Chinese Simplified version of i9070 to ver4.12. Since the Simplified version of stock rom has something like Baidu and other useless apk
So I used TitaniumBackup to remove a lot of apk, more than a year have not used a USB cable link, just use the SD card to transfer files, this may be the reason, of course, may be physical damage to the USB port. Roms cause USB not to recognize just guess.
Now my phone recovery mode is still working, USB port can only charge..

If your phone does charge, then it means that the phone USB port is not broken.
Make sure that you have Samsung USB drivers installed. You can also try other PC USB.

Thank you.
PC usb port and usb data cable is working, they can adb debug mode to link another phone. I tried the SAMSUNG USB Driver for Mobile Phones-1.5.51.0.exe and samsung KiesSetup-2.5.3 (andkies 2.63) on that day without success.
Now mobile phone recovery mod brush into the Rom, the phone can use.

My device (NEM-L21) doest support OTG.
But if you can or if you have unlock(ed) bootloader, you can install kernel or ROM, which supports OTG. You only cant use normal OTG cable, you need Y OTG cable. It like normal OTG cable, but there is added one USB which is used to power it and you connect it into charger, i think. Search on Google 'Y OTG cable' and you will see. But ROM / kernel support is needed first.
I think I made a big problem ...
Today I unlocked the bootloader, root did, then TWRP and SuperSU. I followed the advice from the forums and youtube. However When you turn on the phone, two things happen: or to use TWRP or appears Huawei eRecovery, which can not be download...
my phone is now unusable. What do I do and where I made a mistake?
any help is appreciated!
Any?
After several attempts to fix my problem now, when I set out to do a reboot TWRP recovery go out me notice: No OS instaled.
Looks like I'm all messed up...

Here is stock recovery for NEM L22.
Find stock recovery for your model if you dont have NEM-L22(i might work too, but i dont know) and flash it, proably via fastboot.
Then download stock firmware for your phone, you find it on huawei website. (Or you can try from here https://forum.xda-developers.com/ho...lota-upgrade-packages-models-nem-l51-t3473110)
You should create folder dload in root of sd card and here put UPDATE.APP file, which you extract from stock firmware. Then you should do force update - turn off device, the press all three keys (vol + ol - power) once.
Or you can try to install some custom ROM for our device.
