Slower Shutter Speeds and Higher ISO

Is there anyway to have slower Shutter Speeds than 30s and higher ISO than 3200 in manual mode for the OnePlus 3T?
In theory, yes. Older OPO had 60s and Sony Z3 could go to 6400/12800. I think the latter only in auto.

OP3/3T goes up to 6400 ISO in automatic mode, and 4000 in HQ mode.
Anything for the manual mode? Please.

Mi 9 Camera & Snapchat frame rate

Hey. I have a question regarding snapchat on the Mi 9.
When i use the stock camera app in low conditions, the frame rate drops significant. When i try to take a video (or photo) in low light with snapchat, its like 15fps or something... With normal light it is OK.
How can i fix this?

ROM or magisk module for low light lens?

Is there a rom or magisk module that fixes low light lens? It sets ISO to 100 and underexposes everything (only when recording video). It cannot be a hardware limitation because I can use 1600 ISO in manual mode, but manual video is almost impossible without studio lights. I record video in low light without noise reduction but main camera produces lots of grain, so I need low light one. I tried stock rom, AISP and miui but all of them have the issue.
Can anyone suggest me a rom, magisk module, modified camera libs or anything that fixes the issue?
Edit: I just tried pixel experience. Is has same bug too.

Redmi Note 9 (non-pro) UK/EU - video camera quality - grainy?

I have already updated the phone with the latest system update and it's currently on MIUI 12 Global 12.0.8.
With EIS enabled, it is very grainy, but improves a little with EIS disabled. In normal daylight, video recordings seems fine, but in a room lit with warm toned lighting conditions (~3000k), videos are grainy.
I have compared it to Alcatel 1S (2020), Honor 10 Lite, moto e6 plus and even Xiaomi's own Redmi 9, the video recordings are much much cleaner.
Does anyone know what the issue here is?
You'd have thought the Note 9 would beat all the above?
I have also done a factory reset (which incidentally removes some apps such as AliExpress, some Google related apps amd the Games drawer? Anyone know why?

Question Recording in 8k

Is there any GCAM port that is able to record 8k (30fps or 60fps) without crashing instanteniously?
The camera sensor is clearly able to record 8k (beeing 108mp).
Also , what is THE best gcam port available for the redmi note 10 pro?
The sensor (and the phone) is able to take 108 MPix photos. Taking 30 of them per every second is another thing entirely.
I mean you can't even record 4k/60.
You CAN record 4k/60fps with a gcam mod.
You do? In which one and with what config?
The best I've seen so far was that you could seemingly turn on 4k/60 and it wouldn't crash immediately upon recording, but it also wasn't really 60fps, it was still 30fps, just the menu settings claimed it's 60.
Any true 60fps recording I've seen crashes instantly on pressing record.
Definitely not possible.

Wierd , yeah it crashes , i just assumed 4k60 worked because a gcam port had it but i never tried it. That's unfortunate....
My old redmi note 4x could record 4k60fps easily (and trust me , it was truely 4k60fps not just 4k30 and the camapp reporting it was 4k60)
