As OnePlus doesn't always provide download links for all of their OxygenOS ROMs & OTA update zips, we've created an index to put the links in one post so that they're easy to find.
Note: This is not a support thread for issues you may have with OxygenOS ROMs. If you need help installing or updating, feel free to ask here. If you have any other issues, please ask in another thread.
For the sake of simplicity, only signed flashable (full) zips are listed. These are recovery-flashable zips of the full ROM that won't overwrite your data partition unless mentioned otherwise.

You may be able to flash them via stock recovery, you should see an option named "Install from internal storage"

Nope ! thats also missing in Nord CE. The only way for now these can be flashed are through fastboot but that needs an unlocked bootloader

It's rather odd that OnePlus has not released proper flashing instructions on their support website. (At least they're releasing zips, which in turn allow users to extract stock boot.img so that they can patch it to root their device if they wish).
Out of curiosity, could you try sideloading this APK (you may need to launch the app via an activity launcher) to see if it would detect and perform flash of a zip present at the root of device internal storage?

This is sadly just a generic text, we don't got a settings button in system update. I took a screenshot to prove it. And no, even in white system theme there isn't a settings button visible

Btw. I installed this apk (didn't sideloaded it), but there wasn't a visible change in system update. Thanks for this try anyways!

Ehm the lack of change in system update was expected, as I mentioned previously an activity launcher such as https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.szalkowski.activitylauncher&hl=fr&gl=US may be needed. I believe the relevant activity is com.oneplus.localupdate.ui.home.HomeActivity

How to Install:
- For Sprint/Verizion users, download this boot.img file and replace it with the original one inside the zip (Not fully tested, but pretty sure this will work).
- Download the MIUI 8 build below.
- download the SuperSU systemless root (If you want root)
- Download your choice of your Gapps from - opengapps.org/
1. Boot into recovery, TWRP preferably (Have not tested any others. (Let me know if it works on any others, it will probably)
2. Wipe - Factory reset - Wipe dlvik cache/cache
3. Flash the MIUI8_BuildFor_M8.ZIP file - boot up
4. Setup from the start screen on MIUI - Once finished, go back to recovery and flash your choice of Gapps (We do this to keep the MIUI running well. I plan to somehow, at some point let these be flashed together).
5. Done, if you want root then try flashing the systemless root (BE WARNED! THIS CAN CAUSE DATA TO NOT BE WORKING. HOWEVER SOME USERS HAVE SAID THAT IT DOES WORK WITH ROOT AND XPOSED.)

You can try another browser like firefox.
When it works wipe chrome data or reinstall ist
and try it a second time. My chrome download
it to 100%

I don't want to be too meticulous but... what UI changes and improvements? Overall battery tweaks or just an extra option in in-game battery saver about dimming the screen?
Because, to be honest, I haven't noticed any UI change and the battery life seems to be pretty much the same.

With UI Changes i mean Miniview and Faceunlock Feature. Batterysaving mode etc were optimized

My main goal is to get MIUI working on my Mi A1 phone.

Bro @JamFlux im sharing my noob knowledge on mi a1 partiton system.
Bro our mi a1 have skip_initfs on kernel side.
Ab partiton use initfs or ramdisk from system partition intead of boot.img the boot.img ramdisk is only there for recovery only and whole root fs is changed on mia1
And selinux policy also devide into various location on system and boot.img. bro u can see chainfire and topjohn theory how they root ab partiton device they expailed every thing on thier thread "they expailed in pixel thread"
Mi 5x dev able to boot our whole system image and boot.img only changes with ramdisk.
U are the creator of epic miui.
I can wait to see miui on our mia1 now u are looking on our mia1 soo im very happy to see u here to develop for our mia1.

I believe you need to downgrade to a stable version (Android 10) and then you can upgrade to stable 11.

Use Stock Fastboot ROMs for OnePlus 7T Pro or Unbrick tool to restore your device to OxygenOS
or create a Rollback ROM by yourself:
Donwgrade ROM (Note: The Phone gets wiped):
01. Extract the downloaded ROM (Example: WinRAR, 7-zip, MiXplorer)
02. Navigate into META-INF > com > android
03. Open the metadata File (Example: Notepad, MiXplorer)
04. Look for Entry "ota-downgrade=no" and change this from "no" to "yes" (Example: ota-downgrade=yes)
05. Look for Entry "ota-wipe=yes" and change this from "no" to "yes" (Example: ota-wipe=yes)
06. Look for Entry "post-timestamp=XXXXXXXXXX" and change this to "9999999999" (Example: post-timestamp=9999999999)
07. Look for Entry "wipe=0" and change this from "0" to "1" (Example: wipe=1)
08. Zip the ROM (Example: WinRAR, 7-zip, MiXplorer)
09. Flash the ROM, done.

oh boy. If you read the op forum, you would have seen a15 is a test build that got leaked on oxygen updater. Hopefully there's no major bugs and you can update when the final a15 gets released.

2. Do I need to flash a different ROM if my OP10 pro is the 12gb/256gb compared to 8gb/128gb?
3. I heard you do not need to unlock bootloader to flash if you are using the official ROM given by OnePlus, is this true?
4. If I want to flash ROM, my current OS version needs to be any version lower than the desired OS version, whether on ColorOS or OxygenOS
5. If my stock os is COLOR OS and model NE2210 (Chinese model), and I flashed oxygen rom, can I revert back to the STOCK color os version OR any color OS version ? (in case the new flashed rom has bugs or issues on my device)

You should just need to use the uninstall option in Magisk, hit restore images, install the OTA, then install to inactive slot and reboot in order to install the incremental OTA.
I'm on A13 I use oxygen updater and nothings come through for me as yet.

Unfortunately not, because once I root incremental update, device might start lagging in this case of OP10P, it is known

Incremental updates get the OS to exactly the same software as a full OTA of the same version so what you're saying doesn't make any sense.

But it changes only incremental files, it won't install whole system at all. It won't make sense, but it is known to happen on oneplus 10 pro once you are rooted.

If you're rooted and you attempt to install a14 it'll fail then offer the 4.20GB full zip..
