Question Celia mate mate x2 - Huawei Mate X2

Dear all,
Any idea how to change the Chinese language to English language in AI voice Celia
Thanks

You can't on HarmonyOS, but on EMUI 12 it is available on a regional basis. The UK model, which was released last week can use English Celia, provided your Huawei account region (the region you chose when you signed up for the account - this can't be changed) is the UK.

[Q] Cortana in Germany per Registry?

Hello!
I'm from Germany and new here to xda-developers. I've been reading these forums for a long time, but now I've got a question related to 8.1 and Cortana.
I know that I can use Cortana in Germany by changing my region and language to "United States", but might there be a registry key to enable her without changing regions?
I'd like to ask this in the developer forum, but it's not possible as I'm a new user
Best regards!
Yes, you can enable Siri in any language without changing onscreen language. Is it possible in wp?

[Q] Stock Hong Kong traditional Chinese IME

This newbie says hello!
I just checked with a Samsung chat agent and he said the Hong Kong traditional Chinese IME (ZH-HK maybe?) is not installed on the Tmo Note 4. Can you confirm? I only need stroke and handwriting input, system language in English is preferred.
Thank you so much!

Thank you for your response, Sharpxia.
The AT&T version has Hong Kong traditional Chinese on it, both stroke and handwriting. However, it is not called that, it is called Cangjie, even for the stroke. I tried it out at Best Buy yesterday.
Do you mean the Hong Kong traditional Chinese IME is not hidden behind some region and carrier lock on the Tmo version, as in, it is not on the phone at all? I ask because I'm ready to root and MoreLocale or whatever if the IME is on the phone.
Thanks again!

Firmware for S10 973U multilanguage

Hi, friends. Have Samsung S10 T-Mobile G973U (unlocked) . Please tell me in which firmware I can find the maximum number of languages of the system ( in the firmware from T-Mobile there is only English, Spanish, German, French and several Asian languages). I live in the USA, and bought a phone as a gift to my mother, she lives in Belarus (English is bad). Maybe in the unlocked version from Samsung there is multilanguage (namely Belarusian or Russian). I will thank you for your help!

I have T-Mobile S10e and when you go to the menu and tap Add Language, it will display "English, Spanish, German, French and several Asian languages" as you mentioned. Now tap 3 dots in the top right corner and select All Languages. It will display you list of other languages, but the phone will not be fully Russian language. Some items in the settings menu and most apps that have Russian language support, should work(including Google apps). Also after you select the new language, your phone will download some info for different apps, so they can display that language

In order to get all languages properly displayed, you need another model of S10 that is for EU market. Model # would have an F instead of U

Just 6 languages to choose? Have someone other Regional Code then 709 Taiwan?

Hi,
some days ago my U19e (and wife's Desire 19+) arrived. Both as every time when bought an HTC a nice piece hardware, good haptic, and so on.
But I was wondering that on my U19e I just have 6 languages to choose. English and some Asian, Regional Code is 709 Taiwan. My momentary U12+, also 709 Code, have all languages to select.
On an older HTC I've rooted and checked also German as available language, but this causes that I won't receive OTAs anymore (directly after switching on 3 or 4 received, one after another), and as it seems no custom recovery will be distributed.... this is not an option.
Did anyone have other Regional Code the 709, or have one with more languages to choose?
Hello !
Same problem for me also (HTC u19e) I would like French dictionary/language to add .
