Are you really asking how to install a CAB file????? No wonder no one wants to help you..............
First transfer the CAB file to your phone/storage card(remember where you put the file, you will need to know to locate it on the phone).
Go to Start, Programs, and File Explorer.....Navigate to the folder you put the CAB file into and OPEN it, once opened it will automatically start installing.
I am assuming based on your question that its probably gonna ask you if you really want to install because it might not be a trusted certificate just click YES
Now its going to ask you where to install to.....option 1 the DEVICE.........option 2...........Storage Card(if you don't have a storage card then obviously there will be no options and it will just install)
Last, If you can't perform any of the above steps PLEASE don't even try OR attempt anything on this forum. Thread should be closed.
lol..kobe u went in too much detail trying to explain that..
man you have some patience..nice
i would have just said run the cab file from your phone..lol
Smoka PM me i'll make a video and send it to you so you can see how it's done.
No offense, but I'm a Noob on this forum and I know how to install a cab. BTW, I'm a girl.
Redundant thread alert ***
Why would you start another thread asking the same question when you got more than an answer in your original thread....

[Q] Need help with bringing apps from 1 ROM to another

Hey everyone in Q&A, I've got a question tonight.
I was on CM6 but I was having some trouble, and I've wanted to try LiquidSense for a while now, so I nandroided and did it tonight.
Long story short I tried to move (Zip'd and then unzipped on LS) all my apps that i had on CM (from data/app) and bring them to LS. I pushed them all to data/app on LS, and rebooted but I did not find the apps installed. Do I need to install them individually? I know that if I do that they will not be recognized in the market for updates and such.
Maybe the apps go to a different directory in 2.1? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
===================================================
EDIT: So...I answered my own question! Here it is for anyone that is hoping for an answer like I was!
I took all my apps that I zipped from CM6 and I put them in the LS zip file in data/app. Factory reset, wiped dalvik-cache, then zipped my rom, and...voila! It worked! All my apps were installed and connected to the market ready for updates!
