Question Does anyone knows how to backup the phone and settings on PC? - Vivo X Fold

Hi Guys,
In preparation for having to send my phone to repair ( Faulty main screen with a white strip in the middle, from left to right), I would need to back up the content of my phone. Due to the non-google auto-save function, I can't rely on Google save.
Does anyone know how to back up everything on a PC?
Thanks a lot for any support you can share.

Urgent Help Needed

Hi all,
My topaz/diamond2 has just messed up in that the screen has gone strange. I will post pictures but basically the bottom half seems to have gone and you can see dots of the digitzer.
No picture is messed up and you can see the image perfectly fine so it seems like the digitizer is at fault.
I have noticed recently I have had an oily look to it around that area but dismissed it as my Diamond 1 got this eventually too however, it seems I should have paid more attention to it!
As a result, I cannot access my phone and am stuck on teh slide to unlock screen from the Windows 6.5 Tom provided.
I am not too worried about the hardware as it is well within the warranty however...
I urgently need to back the phone up. Unfortuntly, I cannot get any further on the phone and when I plug it in, while the system detects it, it detects it as a removable device and not the sync side of it.
All I need is to backup the basics into Outlook
Anyone know of a way around this? I don't know whether tools such as the mtty and so on can help get around this or not or some other tool that can force a backup?
I almost need control of the phone via windows but again, I can't install anything as I won't be able to hit any of the agreement yes/no buttons.
I appreciate any help you guys can give me on this!
Thanks
Try to connect to PC, then right click on Activesync, choose synchronize.
Welcome to the club of broken topaz screens...
And here I thought my phones were indestructable.
Unfortuntly, Activesync/windows mobile won't detect it as I set it to automatically be a removable device on the unit itself.
Panic over for the time being...found lots of threads on here about the screen and one of them had a clever suggestion about using selotape on it
Sure enough, the blob went away instantly so I'm back in the phone now.
Wish I took a picture now as I already emailed the company about warranty
If anyone has this problem AND you can ActiveSync but you still need to do more than just a basic backup, try out My Mobiler. Controls your mobile from a window on the desktop. Great for taking screenshots of issues, or just to show off. Also comes in handy when entering alot of contact information in or for sending long sms' to people.
I think the site is down at the moment but you should be able to download it from somewhere other than the official site if you do a bit of googling.
I've had no trouble using it on udK's wm6.5 R1, tESS 2.0 / 2.1, the latest energy rom, shadowlines test rom, and Tom Topaz 2.08

G Sensor not calibrating

Hi all,
I'm having heaps of issues with this. Everytimg I try calabrating, the Left & Right water bubble centres, however the Up & Down will centre, but when it locks the settings, it automatically jumps to the bottom EVERYTIME so I can never calabrate properly.
Furthermore, when I try the Teeter Game, the ball will move left and right across the top of the screenbut not no where else. To add to confussions, all my picutres I take with the camera ends up stored upside down???
Thanks in advanced
From what i understand from your other post about volume control you experience multiple suddenly occuring problems.
You did try to solve them with hard reset(s) and flashing other ROMs to no avail, so i really think you have a hardware issue here.
Contact HTC to send your device in for repair, in Europe (dunno where you are) they provide 24 months warranty.
Be sure to restore your stockSPL and stockROM before you send it in.

No light on my HTC

First I want to say hello to everybody because this is my first thread.
I found a lot of solutions for my problems on this forum but I can not find solution for brand new problem that appeared yesterday. The thing is that my phone fall out from my pocket and now I do not have any picture and light anymore. I can turn on phone, synchronize with my laptop but no flashing light on buttons and no picture. The LCD seems OK (no scratch or visible sign that is broken).
Does anybody know what is wrong or what can I check? Phone has no warranty anymore.
try and get the help from general options.
if you cant get this fixed.. please let me know..
i am badly in need of dead Touch diamonds..
we are working on a college project....
please be kind
I managed to repair it. I opened it, put all together and it works now. I think that one (or both) connectors on the back side of main board lost connection when the phone fall on the floor. So lucky me, I have a working phone.
Sorry asnaveenkumar, now it works.

Captivate Screen Broken

So for whatever reason, my captivate screen is unusable at the moment. Random lines show on the screen but thats it. I can feel the unlock haptic feedback working so I assume the only problem is the physical screen. I know I had texts that were unread, so is there anyway I can pull those text messages via adb or something like that? I'm not sure how to go about it.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Hmm I believe a warranty exchange might be your only option... From what I hear as long as the screen isn't cracked or damage (top layer) that it's still eligible.
Someone should be along that could provide more help then me.
I was wondering if a tv out cable could help you read your messages etc. But that would require navigating to the setting... Which would be extremely difficult.

Help Please!! I need to retrieve my files off my note 5

I dropped my phone from about 50 feet with the case on. The internals of the phone look intact. I took it apart motherboard and all look fine, everything besides the screen looked fine. When charged the led light stays blue. I want to get as much as i can off the phone... mostly the pictures, videos, audio recordings, and if possible text messages. I was wondering where the physical memory is stored on the phone if i had to somehow remove it and use another method of getting the info off. Or some way I can bypass the "ok" message so i can connect it to my computer... Please any help these files are very important to me.
